In their twisted fucked up mind maybe this is VHTV's way of offering exceptional customer service - little bit of something for everyone out there watching. Could be that with all the apartments they have maybe potential tenants are getting harder to find so they continue to keep what they got no matter what. At any rate, VHTV supports spousal abuse. I hope they have gone to get some Counseling or Anger Management sessions, because this toxic relationship of theirs can not carry on as it was. They broke up and Candy will move out while Dean and a girlfriend of him will stay there. We maybe see Candy back in a different place in the future.
