In their twisted fucked up mind maybe this is VHTV's way of offering exceptional customer service - little bit of something for everyone out there watching. Could be that with all the apartments they have maybe potential tenants are getting harder to find so they continue to keep what they got no matter what. At any rate, VHTV supports spousal abuse.
