I have a silly question, I hope somebody would be patient enough to answer me:

What is the difference between the shoutbox and chatting ?     

 

There really isn't much difference, in my opinion. However, I believe that if you write something in the shout box, then everyone on the board can see what you wrote, including guests. And, if you write something in chat, then only the people in chat can see it. Don't hold me to this, but this is my best guess.

I've added a new gallery, feel free to create your own albums. I also disabled the chat as the Shoutbox appears to be much more popular.

why do you think we need these picture when we can easily locate them on google.. Creating a gallery for the girls of RLC could be a much better idea.. Thanks

The album is titled "Test Tits", it is meant to be an example to show the functionality of the Gallery.  The idea is that users can create their own galleries and share them with others. If you upload your pics to your own gallery you can then embed them directly into posts which makes it a bit easier to organize and manage, as you can quickly see any image that you or anyone else has ever posted.

The new forum update is good.  The only thing is that a lot of "guests" try to come in and get freebies.

If I was having this problem with other boards or sites, then I would think the issue could be on my end, but the issue is only with permissions on this board.
