To not provide any resemblance of prompt customer service or sufficient detailed updates/changes/problems about their site should be a red flag or indicator of the business being of a shady nature. With any money deal or contract you agree to pay for a product and/or service. As a paid subscriber, what do you get in return? After saying all this I believe any questions or complaints should be directed at the RLC owners and managers since the tenants are deemed to be employees (they receive free room and board and other reimbursements from their employer RLC). Like any business if you have a problem with one of their employees or poor service then you go to the manager or owner. Or you do like me - avoid the business and badmouth it to everyone that you can. It is so obvious that these RLC owners do not care about subscribers - only about their money. Sad reality is that as one subscriber quits another one or two join. Long-time supporting subscribers mean nothing to RLC. My advice to subscribers wondering about the tenants activities while with RLC should contact RLC with their questions/complaints. The root cause of RLC being a poorly run site is their lack of a decent business plan or direction and their subsequent shit service to their paid subscribers. All or a majority of paid subscribers should send in complaints and threaten to cancel if a decent reply is not received within a short time. Talk/comments in the chat or forum means nothing - subscriber actions is paramount to get their attention for your dissatisfaction about their site. Only when their money source nosedives will they perhaps make good changes. It is about the subscribers NOW!!!!!! They have to band together and force RLC to do something better or cancel ASAP. Even bringing back past tenants should show you that RLC has no clue about how brutal they have become and no new ideas as to how to improve their site. Their glory days are behind them since they ignore positive constructive criticism or a "wish list" from subscribers or commenters on both RLCF and CC. It is not the fault of specific tenants - it is directly the fault of the RLC owners/managers who select the tenants and give direction/expectations as to what this "real life cam" voyeur site is all about or was originally set up to be. The old RLC had few cams with limited apartments and good tenants. This new RLC now (after the Russian interference????????) has limited apartments with hundreds of cams and poor tenants.
