With respect to VoyeurSun, perhaps some investors or prepaid subscribers lost their money and Tim couldn't face the music and embarrassment. He had good plans but no real source of sufficient money to move it forward. His son supposedly was a fairly good IT person, according to him, but no source of money either. I was in contact through PM's with both of them but I never handed over any money - only gave them suggestions, support and encouragement since we definitely need new improved voyeur cam sites. Basically, owners/managers of the current voyeur cam sites have a business that has a following but are poor decision makers and just ride the money train until it stops. These sites can be even much more lucrative than what it currently is but no brains or forward thinking as to how to "grow" the business (just the bare minimum to stay alive and maintain some income).
Probably the two big issues are good/legal locations with proper/safe apartments or houses and issues surrounding availability of quality tenants willing to expose themselves to the world with no real privacy or protection from future internet evidence of your participation. Family knowledge and future jobs could be put at risk for the young immature starlets.
With these sites it does seem to be a conflict between "what is true voyeurism" and the "need for porn-style activities".
