Contact the Support Departments and make the suggestions. It doesn't hurt to let them know. The worst they can do is not respond back. -
I get that the odd time myself. It mainly happens on pages where Pictures such as .gif images are placed. Some are a little larger in size and take a little bit of buffering. Sometimes the buffer will make the page stop responding if it takes to long which will make the screen flash. I just close the Browser off completely and then just open the browser and it's usually fine.

Will he packed his things and left so he's supposedly now out of the picture. It was also seen by others that Taya has packed some things as well. This Apartment will likely be finished soon.

She'll likely find out he had his wiener in some other oven. Then it will be lights out on this Apartment. I would imagine RLC has gotten enough complaints about the cam he covered while screwing another girl. Tenants are supposed to know there is no covering cams. It could mean expulsion from the Project if RLC wanted to do the proper thing.
