Yes Hero Members and Paid Members can upload RLC Content to the RLCF Servers but only in the Specified Areas. Hero Members have access to the Gallery and Download Tabs at the Top in the Forums Menu. Paid Members can place their Content in the same place or use the Paid Member Boards. If any Content that is RLC Related placed in Open Forum Boards then a Third Party Upload Host must be used.

It's still a friendly forum and everyone is welcome to participate. That message is only received when clicked on a Paid Member Area. I would love to have the Hero Membership Participate in those Paid Boards as well but under the current circumstances it's not Physically Possible. If the current situation changes then the Hero Membership can be allowed to Participate in those Boards as well.

As most can remember what happened in July 2017 when the RLCF and Cam Caps Servers got Shutdown a lot of extensive work has had to be put in to come up with a Viable Solution to move the Forums Forward in the best manner possible. I have tried many different variables over the last several Months and the only way that would work was to make the Paid Member Only Boards. I myself would love to have the Hero Membership participate as well in those Boards as well but under the current situation and circumstances it's just not physically possible to do so at the present time.

As you get Older they'll grow on you.

General Content that is not RLC Related can be uploaded using the Attachment Feature if it's Available. If the Content is RLC Related then a Third Party Host must be used in Open Forums of RLC.

I myself haven't encountered any slowness when loading or browsing through the pages.. I use Internet Explorer but I'll try it with a Couple other Browsers and see what happens.

Just like anything else that gets installed. There are always little things to get ironed out and tuned up.

I have not noticed any irregularities in the loading time. Some of the Fonts in the greyed areas could likely go to a Darker Font as they seem to almost be close to the same Color which may make it hard to see for some. I will mention this to Admin and see if the Font Color can be a shade darker which would make it easier to see.

There will always be some Members that Like or Dislike the Theme. The Good News is for those that don't prefer the New Theme can Scroll to the Bottom of the Page and Select Theme. Then you can change it back to the Previous Theme. The only thing is when you clear your Cache, Cookies and Temp Files the Theme will return back to the New Gradient Default Theme.

The Forum has been Updated with a New Default Theme. The Old Theme has been around a long time and it was time the Forum Received a Facelift.
