There is an Ignore List. All you do is hover your Mouse Pointer over the Members Avatar. Once their Box Pops Up there will be 3 Entries at the Bottom. Message, Ignore User or Find Content.

They have on their Twitter feed they have been making improvements to the site. The HTML5 Player is used by some Websites but not every site is using it yet. Once it becomes fully implemented across the Net then Flash, Java and Silverlight should no longer be needed. Actually Java is not needed if you are using Windows 10.

Exchange Rates change on a Daily Basis. Some days it more than others. All there is to figure is you have to pay $44.95 USD so you have to figure How many Euros it takes to make it to $44.95 USD. Only thing is when you pay then you have to pay the Rate what Segpay designates on their Payment Server. It will be different from the ones the Currency Exchanges show..

It could be an issue within the site itself. The only way to get things rectified is to Contact their Support Department and send a Ticket notifying them of the issue. I'm not a Subscriber and constant buffering has always happened for the Free User when Traffic is at its peak. Since the Video Stream is 1080p it takes a lot of Bandwidth to keep the stream flowing. RLC also has issues of constant buffering when traffic is high. It also could have something to do with Flash Player as well. Flash is not exactly the best for Streaming Video any longer. The HTML5 Player should be out in full swing soon and should like solve a lot of the issues. Then Flash Player, Java and Silverlight will no longer be needed.

You should have Paid €39.14 which equals $44.95 USD. If you paid more than that then Segpay will need to do some explaining for any extra amount charged. Maybe Taxes are added on which could make a difference in extra Amount. The only one that could answer that would be Segpay Support as they are the Payment Server for RLC.

Slow Video Streaming happens mostly when there are a lot of Subscribers Online watching the same thing. Paid Subscribers get more Bandwidth Allotment than what Free Users get. RLC is the same way if to many watch one feed the Streaming gets lagging and causes excessive buffering.

I believe there are only 2 Couples out of all the RLC Apartments that are Married. Nelly & Bogdan and Nina & Kira. If your in another Country besides the USA there is always going to be Exchange Rates. I'm a Canadian if I was to purchase a RLC Account for $44.95 then my Total would come close to $58.50 as $13.55 would be the Exchange Rate added to cover the conversion to US Dollars. RLC is paid in US Dollars no matter what Currency is exchanged. As Long as the US Dollar keeps rising everyone pays more unless your an American. If the US Dollar falls then you get a Bonus and Pay Less.
