The Language may appear different since they speak Portuguese.  The Apartment is somewhere in Portugal.

I'm thinking of starting a list of people that I would not miss if they left VH.

At the top of that list are these two, they have become stale very quickly, they might be better suited to rlc?

Seems that way.  This was an Apartment with very little activity.
