It was 26 or 27 Apartments in 2019. When they shut the Russian Apartments there was 16 of them.

For the quality to go up someone has to put some effort in. If the site does go down the pan, only themselves to blame. 

Just a stupid question maybe , I am not a paying member , and with the ( lack of ) things going on lately , I guess I never will be anymore , but the tennants probably knew which cams are on and off for free viewers , they also know now that the free cams are off. Can somebody tell me if the couples ( especially them ) are more “free” on the cams that are normally “free to view” ? 
I noticed it a couple of times , example : the day that Kitty and Smith came back , most of the cams were “open” , Kitty slept in her bed with clothes on … next day the bedroom cam closed and 2 minutes later she was undressing. martina had the same I think , now that the free cams are off , the times that I checked ( have to be honest , can count them on 1 hand ) it looks like they are having sex , she walks around naked or is touching herself ( ?? Not sure , but looked like it ) , all on the former “open” freecam.

In the past tenants done very little when free cams were available. Only now and then just as if it was to try and pull in viewers if they were struggling. With the current rubbish god knows. Seem to do little as possible no matter what's on offer. You'd think it was for kids at times lol. Amazing that any of them make any money. 🤣

Not so much about not liking them, more the fact they don't do anything. Even when some do, seems to be all about putting on an act instead of being Real. Likes of Masha and Leora are never going to change, but no need for others to follow. Viewers always wake up finally to BS (well except a certain fan base) 🤣

Years ago when some of us regular long time RLCF/discussed.cc/xcamfan members would talk badly of some lazy, boring, undercover and disappearing tenants these new chatters (won't mention their names) would put us down and say "show the girls some respect and appreciate them for appearing on RLC for us voyeurs to enjoy watching them live their real life in front of the cams". They would tell us to go watch porn if you want to see constant nudity and sex. Well, lo and behold - to this day these respectful members constantly put these tenants down, call them names as hoes, cunts, bitches, piggy and so on, tell RLC to give them the boot and question why the tenants are on vacation, disappear for days, hide from the cams, do undercover masturbation, lay on the bed naked but on their phones, girls avoid each other and more crap. These voyeur sites (RLC, VHTV and Camarads) are quite lame now but at least the Chat Room, camcaps and the VHTV Forum give the voyeur thrill of reading members comments. Yes, they are there and control what can be said. I got flagged too many times for my liking that I banned myself but do post an occasional comment (can't hold back - lol). Really have to watch your words. VHTV Forum is censorship at it's best FFS!!! That's okay because less members contribute to that forum now.

Good decision plus VHTV is a mess. Can't keep track of revolving/relocating tenants. Most VHTV tenants are just as useless and boring as most RLC tenants.

the topic is "don't like them, don't watch them" but sadly for some of the tenants it can't be helped. 
there is one tenant in particular who returned to the site this summer (won't say her name) that every time I go to the site, BOOM there she is. She really isn't beautiful at all, in fact she looks older than the rest, but because she wears very little and masturbates a lot it seems everyone is watching her. maybe they see something I don't.

maybe if RLC sold "mini packages" at a reduced rate where you can only see your favorites....

Thought about joining the VHTV Forum but fuck that. End up getting banned anyway. Probably just a bunch of ass kissers. VHTV itself is a joke anyway. Filled with crappy cammers and wham bam free-for-alls. The good old days are long gone.
