I was thinking it maybe a legal issue, where there would be the possibility of someone suing them, so they avoid countries like the US where everyone sues everyone else. On another note, I think this house is going to turn out to be like Matilda's or Kiki's. A place to shoot porn and do webcam shows. Looks like they don't sleep together and the bedroom is just a set for her cam shows and he shoots porn in the guest room.
