It is not yet in any Insider Preview. Your prediction might be accurate but add at least three years. See when will be windows 12 insider preview? - Microsoft Community. At least there is official acknowledgement that there will be a Windows 12. That appears to be the only official information available.

    Likely be by May or June.   Microsoft likes staying 2 operating systems ahead. Windows 10 support will be coming to and end in the next month or two.

    I wouldn't count on Windows 12 being free operating system.  I read that Microsoft is going to be charging for that one.
