Mila has been placed in this apartment to take the place of Nana who just recently departed.

Mila has departed the RLC project.

For some reason I don't think that Mila was to happy being back at the RLC site, "I don't think she was happy at either the GP or the B1 apartment."  Maybe she feel more welcomed on her next return.
