Don't blame the female RLCF members from not participating. They have less patience for idiot talk than us guys plus RLC is no longer a true original voyeur site. The women say to themselves "nothing here so time to move on to other stuff".
The high frequent turnover rate and intermingling of apartment tenants makes it hard to really get into following any one person or couple or gang.
