I think RLC is paying these girls to be in the apartment with maybe the promise of advancing there modeliing careers, this is why I think they are staying for short periods, when ira came and started playing with anna and illona I bet the membership counter went up, they ve met there quota so they will be back or someone like them in a couple months to spark more interest.

While in college Paul me his now wife, Leora, and shortly after graduation, they got married.  Paul was hired right away as an elementary school physical education teacher.  Before the end of his first term as a teacher he was caught touching some young boys inappropriately, rather than drawing attention to the school, Paul was given the option to resign for personal reasons, rather than being sent to jail.  The embarrassment of this situation caused Paul to start having performance issues in the bedroom, and began using products to solve the problems.  For a time the problems had gone away, so much to the point where his wife wrote letters to the company that makes the products he was using to thank them for saving their marriage, shortly thereafter Paul was offered the job as their media spokesperson.  It wasn't long before the products stopped working for him, and other means of paying the bills had to be explored.

Personal history:  Julia never knew her parents, they rejected and abandoned her at birth.  All she knows is that it was an inter-breed relationship.  During her youth, Julia misjudged the height of a porch she was attempting to jump on, hit her head on a concrete wall and suffered some minor brain damage.  Ever since her accident Julia has developed a minor form of OCD that compels her to take practice approaches before attempting to jump onto any object that is above her head.  It also causes her to see people and other dogs that aren't there, these phantasms tend to appear to her mainly in the guest room of her RLC apartment, and the only way to make them go away is to bark at them furiously while her humans sleep.  The good thing about this is that the phantasms/visions never appear while her humans are awake, this makes her job of protecting them a lot easier since they both spend a lot of time in that room individually.  To be safe, Julia doesn't let her female human alone in that room for long periods of time, because she has heard the moans of her female human coming from the guest room when she was all alone in there, on each occasion Julia raced into the room and jumped up on her female humaan in order to protect her from the phantasms, which worked because the moaning stopped instantly.
 
Interests/Hobbies: between protecting her humans from the visions in her head, and making sure no sexual activity ends in a pleasurable way, Julia doesn't have time for special interests or hobbies.  Plus  the humans always hog the computer and they wont give her the wi-fi password to use it while they sleep.
