Been a couple years or so since I was last on this site. Back then, the general consensus was that the chat room was a pile of shit and rlc generally was going downhill. Having had a quick skim through the forums, clearly nothing has changed. I spent a couple of months 2 years ago as a member of vhtv as recommended by Dougie4style and, initially, it was a good alternative to rlc, particularly ( sexy ) Lexi. A couple of cammers - Mike and Evie, I believe - but generally it was alright. Unfortunately, the decent ones left and the thrill wore off as it had with rlc. The problem with this type of site is that, as well as changes in direction and personnel not always being for the best, the perspective of the member/viewer will change over time. What starts as thrilling can become boring. People moan when nothings happening and people moan when too much happens because its " contrived " ( which it is ). The thing is, how are the moaners able to complain? Because they are still watching!. Why? If you dont like the direction it's taking, go do something else. The number of posters in the forums these days is far lower than it used to be which shows that not everybody is unhappy with rlc as it is now. B1 and B2 are obviously currently the biggest culprits. Of the regular users that tend to be on at sometime most days, I think my favourites are Vampire, for raw emotion, because he doesn't hold back on saying it as it is, particularly if something is happening in one of the apartments that he is not keen on ( circa Irma, Stella and Alex ). Reallifecamfan51 because he can, out of the blue, come out with some classic one liner comments, so funny, comedy genius and, finally, Harry1949 ( I think) who hasn't been on for a few days but who I think is the most genuine person on the whole forum, along with Iloner but I haven't seen him in the chat box.
The down side is some of the groundless theories that are constantly spouted by some people during the incessant commentaries on some of the events that take place and tonight was no exception with the body painting in b1. Can't be specific but what b/s some people come out with. Here's what I saw, bearing in mind that I'm no keener on Alex than most other people on here: The girls were body painting, Alex arrived with new phone that Stella has been after, and some free booze. He stayed for a bit, enjoying the view of the girls dancing which they would have done whether he was there or not. He tried a couple of quick gropes but, hey, wouldn't you? When Belle was ready, he took her home and then fucked off. Its a shame that Rcl aren't able to issue statements regarding the circumstances surrounding the current residents of all the apartments and any new arrivals which may serve to put an end to at least some of the ridiculous ideas in some peoples heads. At least we would know who is right and who isn't.

Then, when they are caught and punished, they whinge constantly about it and how unfair it is.

I was with you 100% regarding Vanessa's apartment, to the point that I was disagreeing with others in that thread and I agree that action should be taken in any scenario where events are actually seen to be getting out of hand as you describe.
I've said before that drugs have never featured in my life and I am not advocating the use of them but we have seen before that stimulants have created improved viewing on several occasions ( be it alcohol or more ) and being a voyeur of real life and having high moral standards aren't always a good mix. 
I completely respect your point of view and wouldn't hesitate to do the same where necessary, however, for every person who sees it as you do, there seems to be a lot of others who comment on these issues(?) for no better reason than that they constantly seem to need something to moan about and this can adversely affect the viewing pleasure as previously stated.
Also mustn't forget that the original point made was regarding people commenting on unproven drug use which I went slightly off centre from.
