Anybody believing they are "security cameras" would be really stupid. Why would you need two security cameras in the bathroom, one focused on the bath? From what I understand, everybody entering the apartments has to sign a consent form. This doesn't seem to be strictly implemented and laws vary from country to country. The participants may bullshit as much as they like but, ultimately, RLC is responsible for broadcasting everything so, they would take the blame/be responsible. I can't speak for VHTV but, RLC also needs to sort out the streaming. Secondly, communication is a big issue. I know they are inundated with people making complaints about not liking someone or other trivial matters, but they ignore genuine enquiries. For example, I asked support if, given the new prices, I had to cancel and re-subscribe. (I'm on a rolling monthly contract) They never bothered to reply. I got my answer when they took nearly $50 off my bank account for what has become a lesser product. The reality is, you can't please all the people all the time. Sorry, I didn't mean to appear argumentative. There are many on the site who want true voyeurism but most like the sex. Watch the thumbs and most of the time, anyone having sex is the top one. I think RLC needs to look at reducing the girls on vacation term from three months to two, especially for new ladies. They had to shut down all their Ukrainian operations. A fatal blow, you might think? Apparently not. I'm not on VHTV but, I believe they recovered and are gaining viewers. When their "purge" happened, they seemed to be very open and honest about it. I think subscribers to VHTV understood the situation was beyond VHTV's control and cut them some slack. RLC could have learnt a lot from that. If they faced a similar problem, just say so! They clearly didn't learn a thing. Perhaps, as the industry leaders in terms of views ( I don't know if that's a fact?) they have become arrogant? Pride comes before the fall! Well, how the "mighty" have fallen! If you try to rebuild, have the decency to reply to your customers. If RLC is whats to survive this, they are going to have to need to have a serious look at their customer service. Treat customers like shit and you will get the same!

Thanks. I cancelled. Because it renewed, I have a month left. I will see what happens but, they way things are at the moment, I will probably wait for better days before resubscribing. What I found interesting was they charged me $49.40 when, if I remember correctly, the cost was advertised at $45 for 30 days? Their is either a hidden fee somewhere or, the price is fixed at the exchange rate that was applicable on the day I subscribed. They don't tell you that so I wonder how much extra I have been paying over the years?

I still haven't heard anything from support but my monthly contract renewed today. They took £38.99 which is $49.40. Looks like you have to cancel and resubscribe or they will keep charging you the old prices. Bloody thieves!
