Hey Bro, I sorta feel the same way. I don't see this company having or sending out the scouts to get the right type of tenants. The primary reason I put this out there is because the lure of the Med and the large number of Catatonia's that are currently on Porn hub. I've made comments about this as well before. I don't think many of these folks have what it takes to "do something". It's like my kids friends, many of them are still at home, guess what ? Doing nothing. Most are in their mid 30' as these wasters are and have wasted half their life on drugs, alcohol or just slugness.
