Agree changes need to be made to both, but don't think either will change anytime soon.

Quality has definitely gone down recently, but they seem to be the ones willing to do what is expected of them.

Probably one thing that most agree on, they need to ditch the Russians/Ukrainians and have more variety of tenants from all over the world.

The "show" apartments are to lame to come up with new ideas, but doesn't surprise me as the employers are just as bad. Only thing that changes are the names and faces. Yes the couple's might be boring to some but at least they show some variety.
