It has become obvious to me that the Barca tenants and other tenants behave in a way that they are accustomed to do at their young age. Perhaps RLC owners/managers give them a basic outline of expectations while in the apartments or palace. To me, RLC owners come across as individuals that took over a lucrative business but unaware of how to move it forward or deal with issues related to it's survival or even have a clue about the purpose of it's existence. To not provide any resemblance of prompt customer service or sufficient detailed updates/changes/problems about their site should be a red flag or indicator of the business being of a shady nature. With any money deal or contract you agree to pay for a product and/or service. As a paid subscriber, what do you get in return?

 After saying all this I believe any questions or complaints should be directed at the RLC owners and managers since the tenants are deemed to be employees (they receive free room and board and other reimbursements from their employer RLC). Like any business if you have a problem with one of their employees or poor service then you go to the manager or owner. Or you do like me - avoid the business and badmouth it to everyone that you can.

It is so obvious that these RLC owners do not care about subscribers - only about their money. Sad reality is that as one subscriber quits another one or two join. Long-time supporting subscribers mean nothing to RLC.

My advice to subscribers wondering about the tenants activities while with RLC should contact RLC with their questions/complaints. The root cause of RLC being a poorly run site is their lack of a decent business plan or direction and their subsequent shit service to their paid subscribers. All or a majority of paid subscribers should send in complaints and threaten to cancel if a decent reply is not received within a short time. Talk/comments in the chat or forum means nothing - subscriber actions is paramount to get their attention for your dissatisfaction about their site. Only when their money source nosedives will they perhaps make good changes. It is about the subscribers NOW!!!!!! They have to band together and force RLC to do something better or cancel ASAP.

Even bringing back past tenants should show you that RLC has no clue about how brutal they have become and no new ideas as to how to improve their site. Their glory days are behind them since they ignore positive constructive criticism or a "wish list" from subscribers or commenters on both RLCF and CC. It is not the fault of specific tenants - it is directly the fault of the RLC owners/managers who select the tenants and give direction/expectations as to what this "real life cam" voyeur site is all about or was originally set up to be.

The old RLC had few cams with limited apartments and good tenants. This new RLC now (after the Russian interference????????) has limited apartments with hundreds of cams and poor tenants. So RLC - WAKE THE FUCK UP!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey dougiestyle4u although I agree with most of what you lay out here I do believe there is one major point that most are overlooking.  I've seen many say that you should send a complaint and sometimes see some change that resembles their core complaint, but I think everyone has to remember, this is a porn business and has nothing to do with the Title, subject or perversion.  If this concept holds true and it's porn in any fashion, I would stand to bet that RLC or whoever the REAL owners are, have tons of linked porn, whorecam sites that more than make up the losses they may experience on this site.  Lots of these type of sites consolidated over the past 10 years due to the economic downfall, however, the big boyz that play in this game are very few and each own turf (or a large number of sites based in countries that they cannot be touched by restrictive government, most of the time!).  So, although I agree, sites such as this does not bring in as much revenue that we all assume it would, what really bring in the money are the free porn, webcams (all worth billions and owned by big corporations that you and I probably have worked for like Disney).  Besides, I've said this before -  So much of the work in Spain and a number of EU countries is based on simple contracts 3 to 6 months at a time, I would wager that RLC makes a ton of money on this site from the new subscribers alone and more so if the girls are not performing, which If I owned a business of such, if you don't get the views, you don't get xtra.  That's just my .02 cents!
