Yes, exactly that. Mods need the power to enforce the rules and guidelines of this RLCF site. The warning system appeared to be useless because only a few ended up getting banned outright after things were allowed to get totally out of hand. If Mods had the power to warn members sooner then that individual would settle done or leave the site. It is up to the Admin to decide how they want this site to behave and keep it's members. Perhaps Admin is of the same mindset as the owners of RLC - let members leave if they don't like it because there are always people/voyeurs wanting to sign up or subscribe. Mods gave up because they ended up having a title to their name but their hands were tied. Don't blame them for leaving especially since it was done voluntarily with no pay for their services. I will say that i think we are beating a dead horse because many of us have complained often about this and the direction of the chatroom and chatters but no sign of any forthcoming improvements.

As you stated above and i had mentioned this elsewhere in the forum - we need new moderators to RLCF since StnCld316 is the only one active on a regular basis. Sad to say but someone needs to control the chat and forum. When these previous mods and BTR were around the other voyeur sites didn't exist or just started with a few apartments. Also, RLC had only about 5 to 10 apartments. Well, we now have 4 voyeur sites and about 55 to 60 apartments in total and probably still expanding. In reality, self control generally doesn't work when humans are involved. RLCF has to step up it's game to supervise/moderate it's members to get back to respectability and allow everyone to freely and happily participate in the chat or forum. So Plank, i totally agree with you and admit that i am guilty in negative comments in fan pages. Asking others to improve won't work on it's own - RLCF has to realize that moderators are necessary to change the tone here. Using a different browser - I switched to Mozilla Firefox and using HOME and then drop down to CHATBOX this 1st page shows up while when i click on CHAT in the main heading then the better 2nd page shows up showing a wider scroll sidebar and arrows (yippee!!!). The 3rd and 4th pics are from Goggle Chrome. The HOME/CHATBOX pic (3rd) has a wide scroll side bar with arrows while Chat pic (4th) shows a thin scroll sidebar without arrows. Kinda sucks when a different browser will show a different setup page. Also, no matter which browser i use, you will see that the HOME/CHATBOX option has the chat times not in order but no way of adjusting the order sequence here. Just confusing - should be corrected so that the chat page is uniform no matter where you click (HOME/CHATBOX or CHAT).

You are an equal member - no one is above the others. You put in your time already and have as much say as the rest of us. I figure a month is enough to get your feet wet (newbie) and participating so you are good to go, in my opinion. Shoving the word "newbie" in someone's face is disrespectful and not a way of welcoming a new member. Rhodie, say what you want but do it in a polite way and other's should respond back the same way. If they don't then they are not good members and just ignore their shit.

The Chat Room lacks a moderator who can momitor the discussions and step in and say "enough is enough" or "give it a break". The chatters need to be more respectful to others - both chatters and tenants. Sure you can talk negative about tenants when appropriate but to be repetitve is unnecessary and there is more going on than a specific tenant. Some chatters should vent in the forum instead but i believe they have that need for immediate attention. Perhaps when chatters get warned or possibly banned from chatting then they will adjust their behaviour. Basically the Chat Room has become a free-for-all and say whatever they want. Admin needs to update the staff/mods for this RLCF site since some have left or don't participate much anymore.
