Seen this in the RLCF list for the home page. Appears new. What is this and what type of photos - personal naked pics - lol, Voyeur sites (if allowed), anything? Need some splaining.(slang for "details").

Exactly.

Not sure what you're looking for as no explanation, but just posted one anyway. Personally can't see it being a massive success, but shows some initiative to get members involved.

Most Parts of the Forum Images can be Uploaded Directly.   The only place where a Third Party Host must be used is mainly in RLC Open Boards.

There is nothing like what has just been setup for photo of the month. Most of the third party BS don't even work anyway. Choose single file doesn't appear when trying to on rest of the forum.

What - No-one really knows, as no details been giving yet.

My apologies. I had to remove the prior version which wiped out previous submissions. There was a large update that broke somethings during the upgrade. Going forward it should be much more stable. We are now able to setup custom durations and categories, whereas previously  there was only one competition that auto-reset every month.
