The Chat Room definitely needs an overhaul ASAP or everyone will lose this site. As I keep saying - "what have the chatters contributed to this site" when only 5 to 8 members use the chat room. If anyone should get a temporary ban it should be all the current chatters for "directly or indirectly" hurting this site and NOT being a team player. To me, I believe they are actually DIRESPECTING this site to the point of hindering other members from participating in the Chat Room and causing overall participation to nosedive considerably.

Perhaps the current chatters should be forced to do their discussions in the Barca forum fan pages just like how they do it at CC. See how they like it. Or tell them to join CC and see if they get put in their place by the control freaks there.

Forums here are not used the same at CC whereby they use them in lieu of the Chat Room.

In the beginning years of RealLifeCamFan users became a Hero Member after 30 decent posts over time (no registering fees back then). I understand xcamfan needs a registering fee of $12/year(i think) to cover costs. Currently new members sign up but most don't participate. Back then "newbies" tended to participate because the site was alive and hopping.  Maybe take a look and see if something similar can be restarted. If they make 30 or 50 comment posts within 30 days then they get labelled as a "probie" or "new recruit" or "freshman" or whatever and get free access for only the first year (the following year they would have to pay the $12 fee). When they register they can choose to pay the $12 or do the 30 day trial period to make the minimum posts. This way we should get some new recruits posting comments and hopefully increase participation and current members responding to their comments. Some people do have issues paying the $12 fee so this might help them to get involved. This site needs participants in a hurry so encouraging new voyeurs would be a start.

The Hero Member did work and actually convinced me to give it a go and joined this site. This was how members initially came aboard. Worth a try by doing something that succeeded in the past.

Perhaps when new members register they should provide a reason why they sign up (have it mandatory before they are accepted). This might give Admin an idea what new members like.

Hey @Plank at least I am trying to help xcamfan move forward with suggestions. I don't look at CC to see what their shit is about. If there is no point asking VHTV for some miniscule help or they refuse to then we all should quit posting any VHTV stuff.  RLC slowly killed us and the Chat Room is giving us the final death blow - then what? No one else is stepping up with suggestions. What it comes down to it - very few members log in to this site now and even less of those actually participate in the forums or Chat Room. Camarads is a lost cause as is VoyeurHouse.com. Basically we rely on the World Outside topics.

My belief, and I keep stressing this - the Chat Room needs an overhaul ASAP. Perhaps it is too late to do anything now. StnCld316 needs responses to any possible poll, survey, questionnaire or comments regarding the decrease of participants. And a heads up to StnCld316, if you do indeed follow through with providing a poll, survey or whatever AND few or no chatters respond or give reasonable replies then ban them from xcamfan altogether (we don't need them since they hurt this site and obviously don't care about the site issues).

This is what I am talking about. Some of us post pics/images and comments about VHTV apartments which does help promote their site. Can start with the video thing and eventually one full page which would include - About VHTV, List of Apartments, Pics of Current/New Tenants, Activities/Events Happening now, Special Deals/Prices for Subscriptions and Short Video(s). Perhaps VHTV could design Random Rotating Apartment Replays showing a few seconds of sex scenes or other activities of total 1 to 5 minutes. They could change it every day or once a week. No surprise that not one Chatter responded to this post. Even this site Admin hasn't logged in since Feb 15 so how much does he/she care or support his/her own product (non-participant). Haven't seen hotwal logging in recently. Former mods Rob1 and texl01 have skipped town long ago. StnCld316, you are the only staff supporter of this site. Even regular participating members seem to have given up asking for improvements to this site. We have complained for over two years with no changes so the way this site has deteriorated to this point is expected and we can say "we told you so and warned you about the problems with the Chat Room". Sad to say but too many members walked away and new members don't get involved in the forums or chat room. Over 24,000 registered members but probably less than 30 members actually participating one way or another on a regular business.

This plug-in for the Chat Room by CodingJungle.com is not as good anymore and perhaps a new provider should be investigated. Like I said many times - the Chat Room is the gathering point of members and the forums add to more discussion topics. The Chat Room IS NO LONGER the accepted focal point so even forum posts have diminished and only a few of us have tried to keep things going. Seems like even less members are looking at all the forum topics or even logging in. 

Perhaps, if possible, put this site on hold for a week (Chat Room and Forums) but have a questionnaire, survey, suggestions/comments, likes/dislikes, positives/negatives or any other feedback about this site be displayed. This way, when a member signs in they will only see this and maybe respond one way or another. You need help/direction on what possible changes are needed to increase participants. StnCld316, I believe you need to get aggressive and serious on up-righting the sinking ship now.

One quick fix would be if you can convince RLC to allow posting of images which would definitely improve this site (and RLC) dramatically even with the Barca chat. Most, if not all, fan pages for RLC tenants are blank or minimal comments. But, obviously, no chance in hell for this ever happening. Really sad.

To me, if the Chat Room is left as is (constant shit talk about Barca girls) then the forum topics will have less and less postings as time goes by (why post if no one looks at them which takes time and effort to do?). The Chat Room is the centerpiece for this site and needs correcting big time. The chatters only care about Barca talk. They couldn't care less about anything else about this site. We do - dammit!!!. 

Hard to believe but the Chat Room talk keeps getting worse. I can only say - WOW!!!! and WTF!!!
