I would really like to have tenants who spoke English to each other, so that I could understand what is being talked about. I don't understand Russian or Spanish at all.
if there is not a realistic option to have an RLC apartment with local residents in UK, USA, Australia or Canada etc... then maybe have an apartment somewhere with tenants from different countries - so that they would practically *have to* talk English to each other.

But when they hold up bedsheets in the air like in the images, it is not natural and ONLY done to avoid anyone seeing what is going on (recognizing the cameras which shouldn't happen), that is completely wrong for a site like this.

Been giving this a lot of thought since the awesome, and at the same time total fiasco, at B2 the other morning. Whether the 4 woman event was scripted or not does not matter to me; it was fucking awesome. At the same time, a lack of a cam/cams on the B2 deck eliminated the ability to watch Lola do heaven knows what to Carolina with that dildo, see what Belle and Stella were doing out there for about 25 minutes, or see everything else that goes on when they are out there. Also, this whole thing about holding up a sheet to cover what was taking place is really annoying; whether here or in the other apartments when the couples do it. Maybe Carolina was feeling a little embarrassed and wanted to hide some if this, which in the end we saw portions of it all; too f***ing bad. These men and women know precisely what they are getting into when they move into one of these units, and if it turns out to not be what they were expecting and they cannot live with that they can leave; just as Amy, Rebecca and Megan did; and I will NEVER hold that against them, they at least have the guts to admit it to themselves it is not for them and go back to their real life. 
After this fiasco I wrote to RLC, for the 5th time, about the cams and several other things, including poor camera placements in many of the apartments, but B2 in particular. I do not want to see 1/2 of a person when watching a cam, so change the view to a more wide-angle lens and there should be no hidden corners where we cannot see, such as in Stella's room. 
I contend their lack of cameras on the decks makes their claims in their FAQ that we see these people living their lives 24x7, which we do not; is clearly false advertising. I know there is no promise of ANY sex from RLC; which is fine, pay your money and take your chances. But we do deserve to be able to see and hear it when it does take place. And, lets be honest, if there was never any sex then none of us would pay the money to be here. RLC's policy also clearly states that we MAY see some explicit sexual activity and if we are not willing to accept that then we should not subscribe.
I know several others have posted on chat recently they get the same response: thank you for your feedback, we feel the cams are fine where they are; we have enough cams, blah, blah, blah. Same old bullshit.
It has become blatantly obvious that RLC does not care what we as subscribers think; does not value our opinions and only wants our money. My 90 subscription runs out in a few weeks and I am going to protest in the only way I know how; cancel it! I actually think I get a reasonable return on my subscription price but at some point principle has to win out because their product could be so much better with a minimal amount of changes on their part. I know others have done this and maybe if enough of us do it, the financial impact may force them over time to hear us. There may be some other sites out there for a person who likes real life voyeurism but I think they are few; and some are also owned by RLC, which sort of defeats the purpose of leaving. Hopefully I can find one of those.
I will continue to be on RLCF because I have made some good chat buddies and who knows, maybe someone will give me a few pics so I can keep up to date. 

Well, you're right, there doesn't seem to be anything like RLC and it is addictive  Maybe at the end of October, when I've been a week or so without all the cameras, I will feel some withdrawal symptoms and rejoin, we'll see (especially if I find out, by reading this forum, that I've missed out on something great  ). You are right - the covers were unacceptable.   But mistakes get make and overall the direction the site is going is one many of us have been asking for - more sexuality.
There's a pretty good post on CC you might look up.   
Basically it says members are always threatening to leave but don't, or do leave but return soon, because RLC is addictive.
And anyway members of CC are a tiny percentage of the whole RLC membership so if everyone did leave it wouldn't affect RLC one bit.  
Of course, by and large we members of RLCF are stable mature sensible chaps, not like the more volatile membership of CC where rows are always flaring up over nothing.
RLC is expensive, and occasionally we stay up pointlessly only to get disappointed, but at present there is nothing else like it.

A lot of times I have stuck up for RLC in certain situations but I agree with you totally on this topic. I have no problems if a guest is invited with the understanding there are cams all over the place but does feel the urges to have sex but would rather not do the deed in front of us. The RLC tenants know exactly what they are getting into and that if they want to have sex they will be visible from most rooms. The couples that feel the need to pull up the sheets and do the deed under covers should be warned once and then terminated. In the apartments where they do this they also tend to walk around clothed most of the time. We could all get more skin if we went to our local beach.

Little fun with Kami and Kristy's friends and again, the apartment is empty because they went on the deck. Same at Stesha and Marco's; Nina and Kira's; and most notably Barca2. So much takes place on those decks, which seem to be on all 3 sides of the apartment. Last night after Carolina was done, or so we thought; she went out on the deck from Lola's BR in a sheet, followed a minute later by Lola who was carrying the dildo. Because the door was left open we could hear Carolina from time to time as apparently Lola really finished her off. This is just not right; and RLC could give a shit! I have written them numerous times, including today, and so have others and you get NADA!  I will have to seriously evaluate when my subscription is up whether to renew or not. Yes, she is still there, but look at the apartment names on the left of your screen (when in RLC): it already says that one is "Polya, Anna and Belle" and the other Barca is "Lola, Carolina and Stella". And Stella's room is already named as "Belle's room".
