Definitely RLC problem as I have tried many ways and stream is just the same. Been like that for a while but like anything takes them ages to do anything. Making changes is not a strong point.

Real Life Cam and the Girls/Show Apartments are two completely different things and shouldn't even be compared. Girls are brought in to perform and know exactly what scenarios they need to do. If they are getting that a month, no wonder RLC are losing money. 

They could be refurbishing it as it was run-down compared to other apartments. Hopefully re-open it or another apartment or two in Spain or other countries. The Russians are getting boring and can look quite desperate looking at times.
