Oh, we all know she must be very high up in the recruitment area. What she says goes, period. It is obvious how some tenants are clearly impervious to being thrown out, there must be a thing were if you know certain people, you're there for as long as you wish with no fear of being evicted. I strongly suspect JD are the latest.

But in regards to the GPs, there's no problem in getting rid of a tenant because there's always another waiting to arrive. I guess if they don't put on the shows, they can fall down the ladder for potential work and it can affect their careers outside. That's why the GPs activity is so over the top.

I think that Dick (TK) is definitely banging the little guest I call “Tippy” ( because she walks around on her tip toes). Evidence is that she now feels very comfortable in grabbing his dick on camer even though she has not yet consented to Sex on camera. In my humble opinion, she is not yet comfortable with on camera sex with Jane ( which may me a condition of having sex with Dick on camera. There seems to be consensus that J&D are following the MSD script with their third wheel FFM relationships. Olive did not work out because Dick did not seem to be attracted to her so they found Olive a boyfriend. In the current situation with "Tippy" she seems to have the hots only for Dick and not so much for Jane. So when they brought in a new guy to pair up with Tippy It didn't work out. So now Dick has the flu and has backed off of Tippy so much so that she cannot get his attention which causes her to leave the apartment. This cannot go on for long. My guess is that Jane has set some rules and Dick can't go the the private room with Tippy anymore. (I hope I'm wrong) LOL

Dick and Jane has had sex with one of the petite ladies. The one on her tippy toes, however, was making out with Dick every time they were alone until finally, she joined them in bed and stopped Dick just before he was going to put it in. He got dressed and left the apartment and she has been ignored ever since.
