I strongly suspect JD are the latest. But in regards to the GPs, there's no problem in getting rid of a tenant because there's always another waiting to arrive. I guess if they don't put on the shows, they can fall down the ladder for potential work and it can affect their careers outside. That's why the GPs activity is so over the top. Olive did not work out because Dick did not seem to be attracted to her so they found Olive a boyfriend. In the current situation with "Tippy" she seems to have the hots only for Dick and not so much for Jane. So when they brought in a new guy to pair up with Tippy It didn't work out. So now Dick has the flu and has backed off of Tippy so much so that she cannot get his attention which causes her to leave the apartment. This cannot go on for long.
