They have trouble finding good reliable willing participants to "voyeur perform" for the world to see so they hang on to what they have. Owners/managers of these types of sites seem to get complacent and lack any ideas to motivate tenants or even listen to what subscribers/viewers would like to see. If they don't want to listen to any good requests or suggestions than fuck'em and we continue to badmouth poor tenants that do nothing for a voyeur cam site.
