I have never subscribed to RLC. I don't have the time or the money. I only work as a free, unpaid advertiser for their products.
RLCF and CC are essentially Soap Opera journals that discuss and arouse interest in Soap Operas. You can buy such publications at the check-out counter at a grocery store. The people who produce Soap Operas love them, because they are free advertising for the dramas they produce on TV. They don't block or ban such publications. They know the value of such publications, both in print and the Internet.
It is true that RLC does have intellectual property rights for their work. It's a legal situation and I respect that. However, I think it's a marketing mistake. And in business, do everything legal you want to do, but don't do marketing mistakes. Legally, they are justified. Business wise, they have overstepped their bounds, and made a serious error in Marketing procedure.
Just my opinion.

You do what you can; change what needs changing and stick with what works best. Some are not going to like those changes, but that's a case of Mind over Matter. We don't Mind and  they don't Matter!
I've always  hoped for a more active participation. The freeloaders that come and 'collect' from others hard work doesn't seem fair to them. I've said this from my beginning with RealLifeCamFan.com.
  Some have been sharing through third party host with videos and pictures through PM. We've done very well staying under the radar.

I am grieved by the notification of RLCF being targeted with a DMCA order. ( I guess it dispels our thoughts of the two sites being in collaboration , at the present anyway ? )  In other ways I am happy , as this will only strengthen the RLCF Family , and increase the bonds of the "Sharing Network" which is in it"s infancy. 
The "Network Sharing" is among members who trust each other, to share Pics, Clips and Vids. Without fear of having them "APPEAR" suddenly elsewhere . 
Hopefully this is a curve for us and will strengthen the true Voyeur bond,  United we stand , divided we ???? 
 
 

Geronimo and SZfDJ - I've sent e-mails in the past to cust support when things were getting out of hand (Vanessa quickly comes to mind), but they were only in instances where I saw potential harm about to come to someone.  I haven't seen any of the supposed "drug abuse" by Gina, but in the case of that party at B2 last year, with the drug boys and the coke snorting in the bathroom, you could clearly see it happening.  I sent a complaint to RLC about that one only because it appeared a crime was being committed, and I worried about the possible ramifications to the overall health of RLC if one of the wasted girls got abused by the men that were there in the apartment. Also, in the case of Gina, the only thing that would have made me launch another e-mail was the fact that she was totally out of it, and stumbling around on the balcony, with no one around to intercede. (I wasn't online to see this, only going off what others said).  I agree with you two on the idea that we let them live their lives, whether we agree to their lifestlye or not, but I will still do whatever is in my power to prevent possible harm to one of the tenants.  Just my two cents.

Who knows what happens outside the apartments?  All of the "facts" I see presented by some members is really theory and conjecture based, at best, on second hand information, then relentlessly flogged as the truth.  A prominent Nazi once said "If you tell a lie enough times, it becomes the truth".  For all we know, they may be hostesses at parties, where attractive women are paid to be present as "eye candy" for whomever is hosting the event.  Irma was a hostess for Alex the cell phone dude at some convention held in Barcelona, and I doubt that she's a technical expert on cell phone sales.  I'll also guess that she brought a lot of customers over to his booth. This is all assumtion, by the way.  Do you think that involved fucking prospective clients for his business?  
There are too many people in the chat room who state their opinions as fact, based on what they think might have happened off screen.  I only make comments on what I can see with my own two eyes, and if I have a theory, I state it as such.  Anything less than that is what we call "fake news".

Iloner, I stand by my words.  Moral high ground aside, as a paying customer of a subscription web sevice, I have the right to complain when the service I requested is not being provided, whether or not others may agree with my standards.  That right comes with every monthly subscription payment I make.  Further, in my second paragraph, I also informed RLC that possible legal repercussions could soon follow if they let the events at the apartment continue.  Neither of those two reasons has anything to do with morality.

My concern is the amount of time Gina spends outside the apartment. Sometimes up to 20 hours. I have no idea what Gina is doing or if she has RLC approval but she is a waste of time being in apartment is she is only sleeping in her bedroom. I would love RLC to either talk to her or remove her.

The absence of Gina starts to be disturbing. 3 days in a row is longer then what Nicole ever did. Besides that Gina is typically the type of blonde girl the spanish would fly for. Thus I think its no surprise that she found a fuckfriend who even can house her. What I don't understand is, why she is not removed from the house, she  could stay where ever she wants until her visa is over except that she has to declare it to the authority which should not be a problem.
So I Wonder why RLC keeps her in the appartement and reserves a room for her whilst I am sure many other girls would be happy to join in. It would make us customers certainly  more happy then watching an empty room.

During that period we received many detailed comments and reports that will help us afterwards provide higher broadcasting quality from this apartment and all the others. At the moment the streaming is restored to 720p We appreciate your reports about the issue of the second camera in the living room of Irma, Lia, Mia and Stella's apartment. This camera will be replaced within the next few days. The apartment will be under maintenance for a short while at the time of the minimal activity The space between the Fullscreen and Replay buttons has been expanded to avoid accidental clicks. Exactly!!! I posted one composite shot of Irma before and after her nose job, and three days later I was banned.  Either that, or someone whom I allowed access to my dropbox gallery posted content they pulled and I got caught out.  Be careful who you give stuff to!

My 2 cents - Nicole has been a inconsiderate selfish spoiled brat since the day she came into B1.  She couldn't get along with the girls there, and lobbied to get moved to B2.  She was turned down, so she sweetened the deal for RLC by saying she could get a friend involved in the project at no extra charge, as long as she could get the big room in B2 to accommodate two people.  I think she rather expected Estelle to vacate the room whenever she wanted to entertain one of her fuckbuddies, and in general treated Estelle like an unwanted stepchild.  Her inconsiderate behavior by itself alienated her roommates, both at B1 and B2, and unfortunately I think Estelle was considered guilty by association.  At some point Estelle stood up for herself, and that's when the trouble began.  How many times did you see Nicole take Estelle out with her when she left the apartment?  Only a few, because all the other times, she was out with one of her boy toys and didn't want the extra baggage.  Estelle may not be the prettiest girl in the world, and she may not even have the right personality for this type of lifestyle, but unfortunately, we never got to find out because she was summoned to Barcelona under false pretenses by Nicole.

I do not understand why you allow the behaviors of certain tenants in the two apartments in Barcelona.  As an example, “Milena” does nothing all day except sit in the corner of her room watching movies, talking and texting on the phone, and and video with a boyfriend in America. She occasionally will take her laptop into the room that has no cameras and not come out for twenty to thirty minutes. Recently she has been using a photographer to take pictures of herself and her roommates for publication in some form of on-line media.  This behavior makes me think that she is “gaming” your system.
  Another example is “Rebecca”  Right now at 1830 Barcelona time, she is running w web-cam blog, where she is going topless and massaging her breasts in front of the computer screen, which is also blocking our view of her activities.  she has exhibited this pattern of activity constantly since she has been back to the project.  These actions seem unacceptable to me, because she is using your site to generate personal income by running a live camera site that is directly competing with RLC and ia a slap in the face to your customers.   I realize that things happen in real life that are boring and mundane to the membership of RLC, but these two instances go beyond the bounds of “Real Life” in  my opinion.  I invite your staff to observe this activity and see if they agree with me, and if so, to please effect changes to the tenants.
