The occupants of these apartments are adults. This is real life. We are just, subscribed or otherwise, watchers. Nothing more.
There is almost no doubt that the constant winging by the minority, leading to complaints - especially last year - has led to the A, Far greater amount of time spent outside the apartments and B, Way more restrained activity that takes place within the apartments.
If you don't like it, don't watch it. You're spoiling it for the rest of us.
As for the latest rumour victim, Gina, Even if the rumours are correct - and it really isn't anybody else's business - I haven't seen it have any detrimental affect on either her appearance or mood or anything else for that matter and she's certainly been here long enough for us to have noticed.
 

I don't know if this is the proper place for this, as it doesn't address the general complaint of girls leaving the house and the laundry room and such, but anyways. I've voiced my complaints about "they should be having sex more, they should be doing this, and that, etc." many times in chatbox. I'm as guilty as anyone, guiltier than most. Something occurred to me as I was writing a nasty letter to RLC the other night about a guest covering a camera so two people could have sex without anyone watching. I fully stand by that, if you're going to sell us 24/7 coverage of a house, you damned well better deliver. What occurred to me, was that while we pay for this service, we should not dictate content. It's frustrating at times to see things get ALMOST there, and then stop. We all know what we're buying here, if we want straight up porn, there are many other sites that offer that. Regardless of it's billing, this is basically a porn site, nobody wants to see Paul eat a bowl of cereal. We all are here in the hopes that something will happen. If we want a fuck show, we know where to go. We want to see events and situations that lead to that sexual interaction, be it man/woman, woman/woman, woman/woman/woman, maybe throw a dwarf in, whatever. We want to get to know these people and see them interact, and, at some point, get down and clown. If the barca girls just wake up and start going down on each other, that would get old quickly, right? We don't even need to pay to see that, I could go to any tube site right now and see that for free. My point is, we want to see amateur (hopefully) people in Real Life situations getting together sexually. If this means 9 days out of 10 nothing happens, so be it. That being said, Barca could pick up the pace a little. Anyways, my 2 cents. And then some.

B1 has been UM twice tonight. Don't know the reason for the second UM (yet), but everybody on the chat was too busy speculating that Gina was being evicted or reprimanded that they all failed to notice that during the first UM the bathroom sink was unclogged... I guess it's more fun to dream up wild scenarios than actually look at the cameras...

A lot of people here are making innuendos about Gina's alleged drug use, but there is zero real evidence that she's actually using hard drugs. I rarely spend much time viewing any of the standard apartments because in most cases IT IS a case of " I've seen this before. " This is where the barca apartments come into their own, simply because they are the most likely place for the unexpected to occur.
I agree that things have been slow recently but it isn't because the reintroduction of previous tenants doesn't work. Times change. peoples personal circumstances change. There are so many variables. What it isn't is the fault of RLC.
I log on at some stage every evening and, more often than not, I'm greeted by the girls either lying around doing nothing or empty apartments(s), but I don't beat myself up about it. It only takes the smallest thing to click and BOOM, another special event.

I agree with the premise of the original posting. The idea of making claims without substance is wrong.
Whether an unsubstantiated claim is defamatory is not always going to be a foregone conclusion though. In many cases, this would be down to the viewpoint of the reader.
If any of the girls ARE escorts, which is of course a claim without any proven basis, then good for them. Very good money to be earned from such a vocation and, most importantly, it has actually got nothing to do with us. The detrimental affects that such a vocation could have on their presence on RLC, either through regular absences from the apartments or lack of activity within the apartments owing to sexual satisfaction elsewhere are separate issues altogether.
With the aforementioned absences from the apartments a more regular occurrence with all the girls than ever before and not to everyone's liking, the frustration that this brings to a lot of the regular viewers is just the sort of thing that will see the creation of more and more false rumours.

They don't need to. From their FAQ: "I looked through all the cameras but saw no one in the apartment: People living in the apartments are real people leading active way of life. They can be at work, studying, working out in the gym or simply leave to do the shopping. Pay attention to the time on you are in because it might differ from the one the people you are watching are living in".
I don't see how you get hung up on the girls in B1/B2 being out to enjoy life from time to time. First of all, you stated in various posts that you are no longer a subscriber to RLC, so to you it should not really make any difference whether she's outside, upstairs in her room, or on the balcony, you would not be able to see her in any of these scenarios. Second, RLC has at the moment 20 apartments with in total 46(!) tenants. Why the focus on one girl in one apartment that stayed out past noon a whopping total of four times during her total stay of 90 days?
I really don't see any justification for your crusade against RLC in general and B1/B2 in particular. It has been like this as long as I can remember, girls come and go, they spend time in the apartment and go out and enjoy the city, some more than others. If it bothers you so much, stop paying for it, and if you did in fact stop paying for it (which I highly doubt, honestly), why are you still here complaining about it? What did the B1/B2 girls do to you that you're holding such a grudge against them?
And please stop speaking for others. For some reason you have voted yourself spokesperson of all the RLC customers, and it's getting really annoying. I gives me the feeling that you believe the majority of the RLC customers, me included, can't think and speak for themselves, I find that very patronizing.

I don't know that it was so much about the police coming and (allegedly) drugs being used. I think the outrage has more to do with the general dynamic of the apartment. In one week, I saw girls crying, forceful fingering, constant badgering of women, and I'm pretty sure I now know the Czech word for "No". There was one point where the blonde girl wandered around for an hour or so trying to find someplace to sleep, and everywhere she went, there were at least two guys that would molest her relentlessly. I know what the counter argument is, "Well, they knew what they were getting into." Maybe so, and maybe this is the normal dynamic for their group. Maybe they do this all the time in their every day lives. I can't imagine why someone would subject themselves to that, but to each their own. I know that it's not my thing, though, and, judging by comments made on the forums and in chatbox, it looks like the majority of RLC customers feel the same way. Maybe there's another site they can take their freakshow circus to. Just my opinion, of course, but moral high ground does have different levels. Sure, we're pervs. But we're not monsters.

Please review the camera feed from the evening of the 20th. for possible events of assault and noq-consenual sex.  There were several instances at a party ther there where five men in the apartment tried to force themselves on the ladies attending.  There were multiple occasions where the girls said no to sexual advances from the men and were rebuffed, and some instances where the free movement of girls in the apartment was restricted by the same men.  Further, all of the girls appeared to be intoxicated and at times unaware of what was happening, or powerless to stop them.

This theme has been a constant at this apartment since it’s inception, and I do not believe it is the kind of content that either RLC or their customers desire to be presented.  An apartment advertised as occupied by two ladies has in fact been inhabited by a pack of at least five unruly drunken adolescent boys.   Please consider evicting the current occupants before more serious incidents occur, with possibly serious criminal charges attached to them.

I've seen some things on the cameras that make me wonder as well, but that was a while ago. What bothers me it that in the last (three?) months, the go-to explanation for everything that happens in or outside the apartment is that the girls are selling their bodies to the highest bidder. I am certainly not getting too attached to the tenants, but I find it very offensive and insulting to be calling some of the girls prostitutes without a shred of evidence. That's just plain rude. Maybe the girls are out a bit to much for some peoples taste, but that's no reason to lash out at them like that.
I don't mind opposing views, I like a good discussion as much as the next guy. And yes, I enjoy watching the girls, and express that by posting things like "Look at Rosie's bum ", of "Oh wow, Gina is flashing the kitty ". When things are boring I will also admit that, we don't have to avoid negative post all together, when it's not good, it's not good, and I don't mind other people posting that things are boring this particular night, or that girl such and such did something stupid, but I have a major issue with people  (this is not directed at you @ed2, by the way) spamming the chatbox with literally hundreds (!) of posts (and another estimated 300 in the CamCaps forums) with their crusade against RLC, how it's a ripoff, how the girls are not doing what they are paid for, being out all the time. If your really dislike RLC that much stop sending them your money, get another hobby, and let the rest of us enjoy RLC and have a pleasant conversation. I have no interest in wading through a ton of post of someone "defending the rights of the RLC customers". I am a customer, and I can take care of myself, thank you very much. 
That's okay, we all have different expectations, but they need to be realistic, otherwise you're setting yourself up for disappointment. I won't call myself a veteran, I've been around for close to a year and a half, some users way longer than that, but the Barcelona apartments (well, there was only one at first) have always been like this, with the exceptions you mentioned. If it's not to your liking, fine, there are plenty of other apartments. The "vacation" apartments are different from the rest of RLC. The girls are only there for a short while, go out to enjoy the city (and right they are) and show on the cameras what they are comfortable with. For some girls that is more than for other girls. Some will bend themselves over backwards trying to avoid as much nudity as possible on the cameras, others retreive the Pink Tarzan from their drawer and take it for a spin. And once in a while they have some activity which seems orchestrated, but the way I see it, they're at least making an effort to entertain the viewers for a night. Yes, it might be repetitive, but there's only so many things you can come up with (bodypaint, massages, shared baths, you name it). I'd rather watch some orchestrated activity with interaction between the girls, than all girls in their own rooms glued to their phones. I am very easily entertained. I watch seven girls in their lingerie or less on my screen, and I am entertained, anything more I consider a bonus. I'm on RLC just for the boobs and bums, and on RLCF for a nice conversation about said boobs and bums.

This is an expectation based on occasional previous events. None of the girls, past, present or future do anything that they are not comfortable doing, and rightly so.
As I have said, the regular absences from the apartments can be particularly frustrating and they happen more now than ever before. When it was Lola, Megan and Amy when I first joined, I can't remember them ever being out in the evenings, but even Lola is at it now. However, bearing in mind that these are girls, primarily in their twenties, living rent free in a big city, with nothing to do, I am surprised that they don't go out even more than they do.
In regard to the laundry room in b1, I agree that there shouldn't be a blind spot in a voyeur project which presents itself as it does but, if this room is being used for partaking in suspicious substances, as has been suggested, we should think about why they feel it necessary to have to hide away when doing so.

Got no problem with you. It's just the one or two that have no idea what their talking about that do my head in.
Vortios and Philo are having a disagreement about the peeping tom issue as I write this which I suppose is a serious issue ( what a nerve, somebody spying on the girls, they should bloody pay to do it like the rest of us lol ), but its still entertaining seeing what they say. People airing their views is what the chat box and forums are all about especially if people can see the funny side at times when RLC is short on entertainment.

Off the top of my head, I would go for Rebecca, who showed first time that she could " get on " with other girls under the right conditions although a Lola type would need to be present as she is not a leader and needs to be geed up. Megan, to carry on where she left off. Caroline who, although her stay last time was fairly non-descript until the very end ( much like Megan ), showed, when she appeared when for a couple of days last weekend that she could be a lot more open this time AND she's got a stunning pair of legs.
Finally Anna, who showed signs of swinging both ways last time.
I would not be adverse to occasional male appearances with the girls, but not too often as there are plenty of couples apartments for that.
