I agree the three apartments with regular but not staged or scripted intimate and interactive activity are Elisa & Fima, Masha & Sasha and Nelly & Bogdan. Maybe Elisa did a lot of legwork to bring him to RLC with the promise that they would have sex on a regular basis. At least they don't hide it like some of the others.
