RLC just an idea, but how about finding some "New" couples if that is not to much effort for you.

Need New couples  because what they have are fucking terrible. If this is what they are like on camera, you can only imagine what they are like in Normal life.

Sad reality is that it is RLC's business to do what they want. They supply the product and services (this is laughable) and it is up to the subscriber to like it, pay for it or leave it. They don't give a shit about what people say or want in these fan forums. Basically, accept their crap or be a freeloader or move on to other voyeur cam sites or porn. Just remember, you and your money will be replaced by new voyeurs and subscribers and that is why we can complain all we want and NOTHING will ever change. Subscriber's rights - pay for locked cams or not. As BTR would say "Simple".

All your points are totally valid.

What they and many others posted do not, to my logic anyway, fit in with is the business model of maximising return on investment. For RLC that is getting the best balance between the number of subscribers and the costs of running the site, the apartments and the payments to the tenants. In the early days of a new venture this often requires trials to find overall what works and what doesn't. As experience is gained the less profitable elements can be eliminated and also the balance between the costs of expansion and the additional return found. As time progresses at least some elements will become stale so need to be updated and replaced with something different to maintain the return on costs. Again the elements that make a loss or give the lowest return can be eliminated. Simply churning out the same thing is not an option since then the business is not standing still but falling behind.

Very true but good venting frustrations and hope the morons do read and do something to improve the site. If they don't listen and want to improve their site....... Fuck them! 

A serious overdue re-branding is genuinely needed. The name is no longer applicable. The description should read -

"(Insert new name here) Is where you can watch what happens behind closed doors. The viewer has access 24 hours a day to a number of apartments, where anything the tenants do will be seen on camera."

Hey, it's a lot better than this bullshit - 

"People you see online are not actors, they are real people living their routine lives in apartments equipped with video cameras. There are no scenarios, no operators, video editing or censorship just life as it is 24/7."

Might have been close to describing what the site was about 6/7 years ago, but not even close these days. Only truth is they are equipped with video cameras.
