Judging by the apartment they got, I don't think RLC expects this reunion to last long? It has to be the crappiest place on RLC?

By the look of the apartment, tenants are not the only thing they are struggling to get. 

Definitely at an all time low and who ever makes the decisions is fucking useless. If this is the best RLC can come up with - might as well pack it in.
