June 14, 20187 yr Like Anabel, Efim and Angie and some of her crew...I think that these two needed a paid rented place to practice there music or musical instruments. I feel the only people who are going to gain anything out of them are there neighbors "who have to listen to the noise every day." Other then that I am still waiting for the real spark from the both of them.
