I have upgraded the forum software to the latest version. It has some great new features. One of my favorite new features are "Clubs" which are basically groups that can be set to public or private. They essentially enable sub communities within the forum. There are too many new things to list, so feel free to explore, and let me know if you run into any errors or issues.

I am grieved by the notification of RLCF being targeted with a DMCA order. ( I guess it dispels our thoughts of the two sites being in collaboration , at the present anyway ? )  In other ways I am happy , as this will only strengthen the RLCF Family , and increase the bonds of the "Sharing Network" which is in it"s infancy. 
The "Network Sharing" is among members who trust each other, to share Pics, Clips and Vids. Without fear of having them "APPEAR" suddenly elsewhere .

For the gallery, I don't really have any suggestions. It's gone now, that's a shame. I can only agree that you need to tread very carefully when thinking about an alternative. There should be a proper code of conduct for the chatbox, in a place it can actually be found. The rules for the forum and chatbox are now scattered throughout the forum in various posts made by various moderators and are random at the very least. There are rules for not insulting other users, but not for not posting derogatory comments about the tenants. It's shouldn't be too hard for a chatter to get his opinion across without getting nasty. There is never need for name calling, not to other users, not to tenants. Besides, a chatter calling a tenant a wh*re can often expect a much stronger reaction from other chatters than that same chatter calling another chatter an idiot. I also suggest you take a look at the rules CamCaps implemented in April: No discussing the outside activities of the tenants, and not posting information gathered from outside sources (social media). Especially the "Girls on Vacation" threads got really out of hand over there, the constant guessing what happened outside almost caused riots. Since that rule has been implemented, and enforced, order is restored again. That brings me to my final point: Whatever the set of rules will be eventually, please enforce them. I see people get slaughtered on the chatbox for not saying "hi" when joining the chat, but other than that, I have rarely seen a moderator take action against a chatter or try to steer the conversation away from an apparently sensitive topic. And please give the moderators some real tools to work with. If I read toolmaker's comments correctly, all they can do now is report to the administrators. That doesn't work. When something happens that is noticed by a moderator, they should be able to do something immediately, not just file a report and hope an administrator will be online within a reasonable time frame to address the issue. Give them, for example, the power to put a user on time-out for an hour so they can't post. The recurring excuse for the forum being is slow is that RLC is boring at the moment. I really don't see that. We have more apartments to watch than ever before, interesting stuff happens all the time, all over the place. The only apartments that at the moment might be less interesting than they have been on moments in the past are B1 and B2, but that's the nature of the apartments. Girls come and go. There is a time we have a nice mix of girls that are interesting to watch, followed by a time it's a bit less. B1/B2, and before that just B1, have always had ups and downs, and always will have. I think the real reason for the forum being slow is, like you already stated yourself, less traffic to the RLCF website. I think it's good that you removed the limitation on the number of threads a guest can view. Like you said, people want to see what they will be joining, before signing up and participating. If the chatbox can again attract more chatters, the forum will pick up as well. There are users that only use the forum, there are users that only use the chat, but there's a lot that use both. A lot of the chatters we lost recently mainly came online for the chatbox, but while they were on there, wandered into the forum and made a couple of posts. The messenger system is just fine as it is. Occasionally I run into the limit of a maximum of 50 conversations, but that's not really a problem, that's just a signal I need to take some time to clear out my inbox. At times it would be nice though if the number of people you can have in one conversation would be higher than six. I think CamCaps uses the same software, so it's technically possible. I don't know what the limit is over there, but it certainly is way more than six.

The fact of the matter is we RLCF and RLC are both at fault. Why what do you mean Shaka? Well RLC wasn't complaining until RLCF started to complain about the Barca's. started sending reports about the girls and the going on in the APTS. So you can actually say we kicked our own ass. But shaka we care about their well being. Not your job as a watcher as a human being yes but a watcher no. all the emails and complains push RLC over the edge and they took swift action. which almost cost us what we love dear RLCF. question, had we loss RLCF how many of you would have went to cc. next question why do you think cc is still up and running answer is because they took over our spot at # 1 with rlc. they don't email or complain as much as we have been doing these last few months. so now they have all their pic and vids  and we have NOTHING BUT OURSELVES TO BLAME. We got out of hand and let newbie control our chatbox . we send emails apon emails to RLC to the point they said fuck'em, we will take cc and drop them. cause as i understand it we had a good relationship with the people of RLC. So lets not cry in our milk, but pick ourselves up and put RLCF back at the #1 spot. Ain't know one coming to hold our hand, this is totally up too us How RLCF ends.

I am just getting my money's worth and some  ( as THEY Do )  NO one has ever complained about my posts , surely Members saw them , and did not mind, Hell 150 - 200 'looks proves this .
