B2 is already gone UM. B1 should be going UM Soon and likely Ilona & Tim's place will as well.

Lena and Peter have moved out of the Apartment. 

The Tenants have Vacated and the Apartment is Offline. 

It's still listed on the Website so they are likely in the midst of getting New Tenants.
