I don't know if this is the proper place for this, as it doesn't address the general complaint of girls leaving the house and the laundry room and such, but anyways. I've voiced my complaints about "they should be having sex more, they should be doing this, and that, etc." many times in chatbox. I'm as guilty as anyone, guiltier than most. Something occurred to me as I was writing a nasty letter to RLC the other night about a guest covering a camera so two people could have sex without anyone watching. I fully stand by that, if you're going to sell us 24/7 coverage of a house, you damned well better deliver. What occurred to me, was that while we pay for this service, we should not dictate content. It's frustrating at times to see things get ALMOST there, and then stop. We all know what we're buying here, if we want straight up porn, there are many other sites that offer that. Regardless of it's billing, this is basically a porn site, nobody wants to see Paul eat a bowl of cereal. We all are here in the hopes that something will happen. If we want a fuck show, we know where to go. We want to see events and situations that lead to that sexual interaction, be it man/woman, woman/woman, woman/woman/woman, maybe throw a dwarf in, whatever. We want to get to know these people and see them interact, and, at some point, get down and clown. If the barca girls just wake up and start going down on each other, that would get old quickly, right? We don't even need to pay to see that, I could go to any tube site right now and see that for free. My point is, we want to see amateur (hopefully) people in Real Life situations getting together sexually. If this means 9 days out of 10 nothing happens, so be it. That being said, Barca could pick up the pace a little. Anyways, my 2 cents. And then some.

Fuck The Customer Friday 
In honour of this special day of the week Lola has led the troops out for the night.   Of course, she had to find Gina first since she hasn't been home much lately.
Now, don't get me wrong.   I'm not suggesting they have gone out to find customers to fuck.    We know how quickly that sort of suggestion gets out of hand.
No.   I merely mean that on Fridays many of us perves gather hoping to watch some entertaining flammery - body painting, dancing, flirty phone calls.    After all, we are the customers here.
But no.   B1 has gone out.    Fuck the Customers.

I think that the issues that you have raised here, frustrating though they are, can only be viewed as frustrating and nothing more.
The two biggest gripes over the past few months have been that most of the girls don't show/perform enough and they go out too much. Obviously one can relate to the other because IF they are getting " satisfaction " outside the apartments, they are not going to need it inside.
Unfortunately, the problem with complaining about this is that the simple response would be that it is not stated anywhere that any actions of a sexual nature are guaranteed, or even possible. This is an expectation based on occasional previous events. None of the girls, past, present or future do anything that they are not comfortable doing, and rightly so.
As I have said, the regular absences from the apartments can be particularly frustrating and they happen more now than ever before. When it was Lola, Megan and Amy when I first joined, I can't remember them ever being out in the evenings, but even Lola is at it now. However, bearing in mind that these are girls, primarily in their twenties, living rent free in a big city, with nothing to do, I am surprised that they don't go out even more than they do.
In regard to the laundry room in b1, I agree that there shouldn't be a blind spot in a voyeur project which presents itself as it does but, if this room is being used for partaking in suspicious substances, as has been suggested, we should think about why they feel it necessary to have to hide away when doing so.
We, as voyeurs, expect to be able to watch these girls 24/7 going about their daily lives. The key word here is " watch ". We are not their keepers and should not expect to judge their actions. We are now seeing the result of the reaction by many to the previous use of substances - which IS a part of many people's lives - partly in these secret actions and more-so in the scaled down versions of the party nights.
The bottom line is that the best action from the back end of last year would not have happened without stimulants so, as far as I'm concerned, if that's what they want to use the b1 laundry room for, carry on.

I have never seen a woman with that type of artificial enhancement that I consider an improvement and I know that many people agree. Some guys only care about size but many of us appreciate beauty and it is unfortunate that women destroy their natural beauty to satisfy the outspoken guys. Those of us that appreciate the natural woman are less outspoken but I wish women were to hear more from those of us that appreciate their natural body before they get the operation.

Toolmaker123, as a forum moderator I do not think you are adhering to the rules per forum administrator, Stncld316, "Please be respectful and only post positive comments". Other RLCF members have been banned for making such comments about any of the RLC tenants. I guess concerning RLCF moderators, it is like the old saying "Don't do as I do. do as i say".

After I put that shapely ass to good fucking use I would smoke a cigarette or even a cigar but what the hell - I don't even smoke. Damn that girl can just about control anyone - male, female or probably even a gay guy - lol.

Just dropping a note. Stella you abruptly left barca 2  a few months ago.People were saying you did things that were wrong. I wont go into details You were a scapegoat for rlc ,at the time. You have come back and have totally redeemed yourself. You have shown you are a beautiful girl and a beautiful person. A lot of people say crap about you , all of things they said , were not nice. They were wrong  You have shown everyone who you are, just a good person im in your corner, and there are others as well. You are a goddess. A queen amongst others.

Just for the record: My post was in no way intended as criticism towards the administrators and moderators. I know they are volunteering their time to give us this forum and everything that comes with it, and I thank them for that. I assume they all have lives outside RLCF and can find better things to do than keep us idiots in order if they wanted to.
Besides, it's really difficult to enforce a rule that doesn't exist, or is mentioned in such an obscure place I can't find it (and I'm usually pretty good at finding stuff), that's why I asked if there could be a discussion on whether such a rule should be in place. If the outcome of the discussion is that it's not desirable, I will just have to live with that.

Let me start by saying that it was not my intention to single out the Mods for any undue criticism,I appreciate the work our Mods do, I have always had a good relationship with them,probably not anymore.
I have been a Mod so I appreciate what a thankless task it can be. But moreover I was having a pop at the forums membership in general for letting this place descend into such levels. We were always better than that.
The chatbox used to police itself when there were no Mods around. But I think that people have lost faith in the system. In that what will really happen if you report someone,probably nothing except leading to bad feeling.Certainly from personal experience one individual made some despicable accusations against me,I reported it & nothing happened,the accuser is still a member of this site.
The Mods need to have the power to reinforce the rules,otherwise what is the point in doing the job if you are expected to have all the answers and non of the powers?
When i was a Mod I worked on an American Football mode,4 downs.1st a friendly warning,2nd a strong warning,3rd a final warning ( + a time out), 4th it's time to punt....boot you're out of here.
This was manageable with the ability to silence that person for a period of 6/12hours (the time-out) or a permanent-ban. It worked, unless someone was a complete idiot. (trolls,spammers etc)
I also appreciate the work that  StnCld316 does, he had to step into some big shoes at short notice.I also appreciate that his loyalties lay with CC and his time is spread thin trying to look after both places. Which is why our Mods need more powers.
But more important is the behaviour of ourselves,there are some people that need to look in the mirror & question their own behaviours, some of it bordering on socio-pathic. Are you happy that decent members of this forum do not want to come here anymore because of you?
Special notice should be given to our Mod Texl. A good guy who by his own admission has not been around as often as he would like.Quite a few of us know that he has had major problems with his PC and couldn't get on-line.I for one appreciate Texl's style of friendly management and there is no way he should shoulder any blame for the state of this place,it's the memberships fault.
If Admin or the Mods or members are pissed off at my comments,and want me out, then I will fall on my sword and leave this forum for good.But at least now we are having a debate about our forum, and what is good for it in the long run.

As I am Chat Moderator, I feel partly responsible for the decline in tasteful Comments and the gutter talk about Tenants.  Perhaps a lot of our genuine Voyeurs , have had enough and  left or have decided not to get involved in the Coprolalia that fills the chat recently. 
I will endeavour to keep closer scrutiny on this and look forward to receiving Screenshots from displeased Members, as Stn Cld316 has advised.  I will look in to the Rule -  "Open slather on Tenants" as this is inappropriate and not to our standard.
