Performing arts and crafts!!!....Having a bloody joke aren't you many of the apartments are like a bloody zoo now so that's ok for the wildlife folk lol

If RLC cut down on the number of secret hide aways that would be a start as many of them seem to vanish off the face of the earth for long periods and is very frustrating.

Maybe they are'nt doing anything interesting but at least you would see them and not fuel the rumour mongers who seem to be living on another planet at times.

Katka's apartment seems to have either a secret room or terrace where they disappear for ages.

Chloes apartment the same and also that infamous cupboard that Lera and Alex also seemed to like.

The girls laundry room is another bone of contention.

We always used to moan about the girls balcony until a cam was put there and now,ironically, no one bloody uses it hardly lol BUT at least you know where they are if they do.

The others do have terraces but the majority only seem to use them for a smoke etc which is understandable and are only out there for a few minutes but some do get abused with their disappearing acts.

If we are supposed to be seeing real life well lets see it and not part of it however interesting or uninteresting it may be.

Due to the RLC membership being so expensive & from what I have read, there seems to be a lot of unhappy bunnies & numerous members stopping their subscriptions.
Maybe RLC need to seriously look at reducing their prices to attract new, or retain, members.But that would leave a hole in their funds.
So maybe they should allow sponsoring of the tenants.

To clarify and correct the mistake in grammer in the previous post I made related to this, on the part where I mentioned about the possibility of tenants having to leave and vacate the premises to be replaced, that part should have read : that any of the tenants who do not agree on their roommate, companion, spouse, or whichever the case may be, having to leave RLC, then those tenants that do not agree with those types of decisions, could go also, and be replaced also, if they do not agree and do not care enough about having a free-all bills paid, place to live, and also get paid for living there. There are always people in the countries of this world, and surely in those countries where the RLC apartments are located, who are constantly looking and searching for places to live, and surely places to live that are free, and for someone to actually get paid to do it as well, is a quite attractive incentive and offer, for someone to want to get selected or chosen to be one of those tenants for a chance to have the opportunity to live in a place that would greatly benefit them financially. So therefore, I believe that RLC's contracts should those stipulations included in them, that any and all applying to be selected or chosen to become a tenant or tenants, would have to agree to. As for the possibilty of those kinds of contracts causing RLC to become just another soft core porn site, I did not state or claim that any of the tenants had to be under obligation and bound by their contracts to perform a certain amount of sexual activities, or anything of the sort, to make their apartments a more interesting viewing for those who like to watch what other people do. For even though having the opportunity to view other peoples sexual activities is in itself, in most cases and circumstances certainly interesting, and even often times quite a turn-on to state it bluntly, but there are a number of other interesting things the tenants living in those situations, under those types of contractoral agreements could do to try and keep their cam view time in for their apartment up, and not down, like some current tenants already do at times, but not that often. Don't get me wrong, seeing others sexual activities is great usually, but there are other things like doing or performing arts and crafts, playing musical instruments, playing games, and even exercising at times, even though some of them already do quite a bit of exercising. These are just some things that would keep the RLC tenants cam view time up and more popular. So, this would not cause them to become any kind of porn site, and it would be more like Real-real life instead of what has been happening with alot of those tenants for awhile now. It's like they read something that's been posted about them on the web or net, and then start acting and doing differently then they would if they had not read any posts about them. That's not living a Real-real life. RLC needs to re-think and re-structure their tenant agreements on their contracts. They would most likely eventually have some much better and more interesting tenants for people to pay to observe how they live, and RLC would most likely benefit even much more greatly from that..

1. D&D, M&S needs more than one free cam.

 

2. They should have a free trial weekend at least twice a year where R.L.C open

    all of the cams. This would stimulate a rise in subscriptions.

 

3. R.L.C. should limit the time of having guests. Some tenants have had guest stay

    way too long. Example. M&S used to have sex all over the place, but because of

    their guest, they have to keep it in the bedroom.

 

4. Just for fun.......Attach GO-PRO cameras to their pets. I would love to see Leora

    through the eyes of Simon( I named her dog myself...lol)

 

5. And for the love of Aunt Sally's Pancakes, Take down your gosh-darn christmas

     trees and decorations.

One of the issues which has been mentioned, is that you can't physically watch RLC 24 hours a day.  I see a number of posts asking for photos/videos of previous happenings.

 

Another voyeur site (not really up to RLC standards) has a replay cam.  This records the highlights of the past 24 hours, and allows members (and guests) to see what they missed.  If the premium sites were included in the replay, it would give other members a taste, and possibly attract more members to the live action.

 

I assume that RLC records the rooms for its own purposes, so it shouldn't be a big issue to set something like this up.

         I can see something like that happening; we already pay $45 for access to the rooms they sleep in, or lay on the bed ass up face down and I'd think the extra features you mention would probably jack that up to say $100 per month.

 

       ALL this just to see reruns of the tenants on their phones and lappytops.

I guess you mean an edit and not a full 24h replay. Someone has to edit this and with so many cams it would be a large amount of work. As toolmaker123 wrote, this would probably raise the fees for users.

In my opinion guests who out-perform current tenants, in respect of any action not just sexual action, should be used as replacements for some of the very dull couples resident in the apartments at the moment.

 

Parties the like of which occur regularly at Dasha & Demid and Nelly & Bogdans apartments should be more of a norm and not the rarities that they currently are.

 

The two outstanding couples who would in my opinion warrant an apartment of their own, are the couple who were apartment sitting late last year for Dasha & Demid and the couple currently in residence.

 

Efim and his girlfriend also deserve an apartment of their own after their stints at Nelly & Bogdans pad.

 

From all the messages regarding the blue/green haired girl in Carina & Sabrinas apartment, it would appear she is very popular but she doesn't seem to be "getting any", I know she is heterosexual because I saw her with a boy in her bedroom a few months back and they weren't just talking all night. Maybe she deserves her own apartment with a boyfriend in residence.

Speaking from a software developer standpoint, it wouldn't not (sorry for the double neg) be a big issue. It wouldn't be impossible, but still a pain. 

 

They probably do keep backups just in case, but it'd more than likely be a backup server nobody bothers with. The size of it is pretty easy(ish) to manage, assuming it's ~2.5MB/minute * 60 * 24 = 3.6GB per camera, x average of 8 cameras per apartment (I'm guessing) = ~29GB per 24 hours for an apartment, x 13 = ~ 374GB per 24 hours. It's not an impossible size, but it wouldn't be as simple as just keeping a backup video anymore. They're not going to straight up send you a constant stream of 3.6GB, so they'd need something set up to handle requests for a specific time (e.g. segment the video), which would probably cause a lot more requests to the server than they currently get. Having said that, they'd probably need to setup an additional server to act as content delivery. Because of the nature of the site, most existing solutions would probably reject it. Not worth the hassle for their current user base.

 

EDIT: Also having highlights would be more difficult. It's either automated, which wouldn't be very accurate for what users want, or manual, which would be a headache.

 

The easiest way to improve RLC is to get better apartments.

I wouldn't mind seeing more cameras in certain rooms, they all have four walls but most only have two cameras. Could certainly do with a camera on the opposite wall in Maya & Stepan's living room, it seems that they only point them at places that they would probably use most such as the couch, dining table and bed. But if they move the furniture around as Carla & Mario have certain cameras become largely redundant as they don't cover as much as before, take cam 2 in C&M's living room, only the cat and dog use this area now and you only get two seats on the sofa (cam 1) whereas before they moved it you saw all of it. Maybe a ceiling camera looking down on the room, nowhere to hide then, obviously not in toilets or bathrooms though.

Ilona has found a new semi-hiding place in Layla's room, so put a camera on the wall above the bed, sorted.
