I have realized - without fear of contradiction - that the only time this apartment is viewed is when, no, BECAUSE all the others are empty or the tenants are all asleep. And it happens at the very same time every night (around 2/3 AM their time).

Pretty sure this is a codependent relationship he's probably got issues just like her, she's got some kind of cluster B disorder that's for sure.

They are feeding off each other they both most likely have some kind of abandonment issues. I'm new to RLC when I first clicked on J&E apartment I could tell instantly Julia has issues, not fun being with a mentally ill woman, been there done that never again.
