Hey, back then there was only 4 to 8 apartments to watch long hours in hopes of catching some true voyeur-type sightings of maybe some skin (bare tits or naked ass or heaven forbid maybe a flash of real pussy instead of the feline/cats you see in some apartments). Us voyeurs had it tough back then but the chat definitely made up for it. Sometimes the topics of chat were so good or detailed that another member had to pipe/jump in and say "naked tits at so and so's apartment" - lol. Great times were had especially with the night crew. What an awesome group of members!!!!

RLCF needs to have members fully utilizing this site and perhaps try and get more members participating in the chat room and the forums. Also get more members joining to pull in more revenue ($12 to join). In my opinion, RLCF needs an action plan to grow and compete with CC (camcaps) which is the sister site. Sure we steadily get new members but how many long-term members back away completely or log in but quit participating within this site. Even the forums have less members adding posts (comments or images). Pretty much the same members adding images most of the time. If these few members quit posting in the forums then what do we have left? Think about it. We all appreciate RLCF and want this site to survive and continuously grow but it is up to RLCF to keep us here. As BTR use to say - "simple". No excuses!!!! The chat room needs to be put UM (under maintenance), bring a cleaning crew in to shovel up all the bullshit, fumigate the room of the stink and press the "reset" button for a fresh start. 

I suggest that @Admin do a detailed poll or several polls to truly find out what members would like regarding this site and specifically with the chat room. But it wouldn't surprise me if not many members respond to the poll(s). THAT would be your first clue or answer FFS.

You can have all the Polls you want but the amount of Members that actually Vote in a Poll is only 20 or 30 at the most. Everyone else just reads it with no Response and others just Bypass it without even giving it a look. It's impossible to get a read on what's needed and what's not by the Vote of 20 or 30 when the Forum has a Membership of 23,000 + Members.

The thing with the Forum itself is if more Members Supported the Forum then there would be places to make improvements such as the Chat, Attachment Center, Galleries, Photo Competitions, Forum Software, Servers, Bandwidth, Payment Servers and so on up the line.  Each one of these Features cost Money to Operate so Resources in some areas are Limited. If more Members throw their support toward the Forum then there would be room to make Upgrades to make the Forum better overall.  But in the current situation at the moment doesn't Support for anything Major to happen. It's basically what you see is what you got type of thing until things improve but with RLCF being hit with a DMCA Takedown in July 2017 it has been a struggle just to find ways of making the Forum Bounce Back. We had a Couple things we tried for Pictures and Videos but the DMCA always got in the way so those Boards had to be Temporarily Suspended. We are still working on things so the Pictures and Videos will return at some point in time.

At the moment RLC is in a struggle trying to keep their Ship Afloat and they obviously know where their issues are but they don't try to improve things. If they think these Five and Dime Party Girls in Barcelona is going to save their Bacon then they're in for a Slow Sinking Ship.  RLC needs to get back to the Old Days when the Apartments were Couples and Lesbians and Toss these Two Bit Five and Dime Girls aside and Rebuild their Ship before it Sinks & Disappears forever.  All RLC has to do is Contact the Administrator of the Forum either here at RLCF or Cam Caps and something likely can be worked out that will Benefit RLC and as well the Forums Content wise.  To keep up with what they currently do Serves No Real Purpose for their Benefit or Ours. Time to Call a Truce and work Something Out.

VHTV has some activity but it takes a lot more than 5 to 10 Posting Members to make the Forum worth a Gander.  If Sex is what you're looking for then VHTV is the place to be.  There is more Sex in One Day on VHTV than RLC produces in 6 Months.  Currently they have a Promotion Running for the Summer Months and the Details are on their Website.  They Offer a premium Membership which give you 24 Hour Replay and Access to a Video Library of over 16,000 Videos which is all VHTV content and is Sexual in Nature so you won't see people sitting around doing nothing.  Also VHTV does not Ban its Members when they Post Pictures or Videos.  All that's Required when Uploading Pictures and/or Videos is VHTV requires their Voyeur-House.tv Logo in the Picture and/or Video. For Pictures they can be Uploaded through the RLCF Severs Directly if the Ability to do so is Available if not then the Third Party Host

  can be used for Pictures.  Videos can only be Upload Directly to RLCF Servers Only. Any Third Party Hosted Videos will be Deleted. To Upload Videos would require a RLCF Paid Membership to Upload Directly as Attachments. Videos Posted will only be Available to Paid Members Only. These are the Conditions Admin has worked out with VHTV so as long as things are Followed as Per Specification there will be no issues.

LifeUnderCam will return at some point in time but a specific date is Unknown. Camrads had a good thing going when they first began then something happened and the Operator of Camarads decided they No Longer wanted any Picture or Video Content Posted so that kind of Turned Out the Lights on their Forum Boards. Voyeurhouse.com has been struggling a bit they currently only have 4 Apartments when they had 13 or 14 at one Point but they are still operating.  Spygasm is finished, I don't know what exactly happened there but they ordered their Boards Closed and Removed.  Voyeur-Villa.com ceased to Operate and have taken a different Business Aspect to the Cam Girl Style similar to what's seen on Chaturbate.

Been there and done it and agree - my opinion, members gave up and don't see any benefit of polls since, to them, it is a waste of time. The 23,000 + members could include those that died or gave up on the site. Only members that log in at least once in the past 6 months should be included as a member still active. We have mods listed that don't even appear anymore.

Not much to support especially how members feel about the ongoing childish immature disgusting chat room behavior. Forget about us behaving like grown men when the chat has preemies (premature babies).

 Totally agree with you on this one. Both RLC and RLCF need a workable solution (has worked well for VHTV and chatters already access tenants' personal social media sites anyways so who are they trying to protect since the girls don't even give a shit and talk about their RLC stay on their instagrams or other fancy technology crap FFS).

     Kinda sad though that RLCF is waiting for RLC to pick up for things to get better here. RLCF should be more autonomous (fuck, scares that shit out of me when I use a big word like this correctly - lol) and be more all-inclusive to all the voyeur sites but also TRY to impriove the chat room participation. Improving the chat room participation will go a long-g-g-g-g-g ways in improving RLCF and getting more members involved in this site and it's survival. The voyeur sites are all having issues but RLCF should concentrate on how it can continuously improve itself with minimum to no costs (hate complacency - damn, another big word - lol).

Okay, concerned members - HOW ABOUT COMMENTING ON THE TWO ABOVE POSTS RELATED TO THE CHAT ROOM AND TRYING TO IMPROVE RLCF AND GET MORE MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS SITE. WOULD BE NICE IF OTHER CONCERNED MEMBERS WOULD ADD THEIR TWO CENTS WORTH OR OPINIONS ABOUT THE ISSUES RELATED TO RLCF. THERE ARE EASY AND NO COST FIXES WITHIN RLCF as we wait for RLC to pick up their broken pieces.

13 hours without a post says a lot don't you think!!. Anyone that's got an opinion on it looks to have done and others either don't want to or don't care to. I get the feeling it's a lost cause and never going to be resolved.

To me, it's simple. The chat room and the forum are 2 separate entities. The chat room is just the same half dozen people talking about the same 3 or 4 apartments, so anyone who isn't interested in the barcas or masha doesn't comment or look. It's more like a closed group-chat thing. The reason more don't join in, is the same as to why the forum has gone quiet - rlc resembles a shopping center that has more and more empty units each week! There are now only a small number of apartments to talk about, and the ones that are left are the ones many don't bother looking at anyway. So if you only have a small choice, and none of them are of interest, there's the answer. At least from my view.

The way the forum could come back is if rlc itself comes back to the glory days - But have they gone forever?

I am just flogging a dead horse so that I can at least say that I tried to keep RLCF afloat. Improvements start with the chat room but I guess some chat is better than no chat at all.  Is the chat room 5% full or 95% empty?  Looking at it as a positive you can say it is 5% full. Now I feel better - lol.

Speaking of Camcaps, I went in there to look at what comments were being said about one of VHTV's tenants. Never really read their forums before. My first impression based on that one section: It's like one huge chat room! lol omg. 😉

I think it's the nature of being a voyeur that makes most viewers stay silent. Sitting back and watching events, soaking it all in. I love to study human nature live and uncut. Part of that though is reading peoples points of view and seeing their reactions, so yea I wish people would post more of their thoughts and personal opinions. That's why I've been trying to post a lot lately and stir things up a bit. I hope I'm not on everyone's ignore list for doing so 😉

They don't use their chat room so all their posting of images and comments and random talk is all done within the forum topics. RLCF was well known, in the past, for it's awesome respectful chat room and widely used more than the forum topics. Now the chat is used only by a few for a few hours a day and some good members are continuously posting VHTV images and comments to keep RLCF alive.
