I have a standard membership and wanted to upgrade to premium.However seg pay keeps stating that my request was denied.What can I do?

I don't seem to be able to access the gallery at all, does not say denied, just nothing displays.

When I signed up for a standard membership, it says that I can view two streams simultaneously. What do they mean by this? Choosing the two cam view from the icon near the top just says that I need a premium membership.

so as i am browsing the gallery i had noticed that there is no search button to find things that you are looking for. is there a way to search the gallery or anything?

Hello, does anyone knows how to watch RLC from android device?

Hi BTR, I am experiencing pages going extremely slow to the point of freezing during periods when many members are on line especially on the more popular apartments/rooms and when the "action" gets interesting. Is this anything to do with RLC server being too small/too slow or is it down to my laptop and notebook processor speed?

I try to upload a video to the gallery, and it keeps stopping at 3.5MB

Exactly what video formats are we allowed to upload as attachments to message? I've tried .mp4 and .avi but get an error message saying I'm not allowed that format. The file loaded runs to completion and the files are under 100mb. I have been able to attach .wmv but these don't run well in Windows Media Player. Thanks for any help.

Have previously joined and watched RLC on my tablet using archived version Adobe Flash Player 11.1 even though RLC said it was not supported for tablets. Recently I had to restore my tablet back to factory condition. Now I cannot get the Adobe archived version to download on my tablet. Why?

Hey so I don't know about anyone else, but when I was using Windows (both chrome and IE), every single time I tried to register for this site, it would get me to a "You do not have permission to view this page" warning. It would completely lock me out, as I couldn't even click "sign out". I would re-opened the browser and try to log in, and every time it would immediately lock me out. I tried registering several times with different names (redbullz was one of them), and same thing. I tried several days, with different browsers and still same issue. I can not open some video files in the gallery. Whenever I try to open some of these, a message "A plugin is needed to display this conten" apears. Does anybody have idea what to do???

Hi guys, I've an annoying problem while RLC is open in the browser: I cannot hear/play any sound from other sources. I mean... cant hear the audio in a movie or play mp3 files. I see that RLC uses ALSA sound system while other apps use pulseaudio and they conflict. If I close RLC window all the other sound sources work correctly and viceversa. The first which seize the sound system wins. Any way to solve this mismatch? Thank you in advance

Warning for the Administers of RLC Fan.com. There may be malware attached to the fan pages. It pops up on Windows 10 when the Gallery or Threads are opened. I have encountered it from 2 totally seperate computers that are not linked in any manner. It does not seem to get thru Nortons antivirus on computers that are using Windows 7. It is a scam warning with the telephone number 1-855-472-9850 supposedly from Microsoft. Windows 10 is suppose to stop all malware/viruses on its own. It is not doing a very good job. I'm not sure if this is an ok topic, but typically I would use IDM (Internet Download Manager) to download a live stream, it doesn't appear to be possible with RLC...I tried GetFLV and it freezes my computer and the video ends up being choppy and almost like it's in fast forward...the only other option I have is screen capping but then I would have to sit there and never leave RLC...is there a better option out there to download the live streams directly? Or is there a work around for IDM? Again, if this topic isn't appropriate, my apologies, and I understand if it gets removed. Thanks!

Hello Everyone, This may be a dumb question, but in my mind, hte only dumb question is the one not asked!! When I'm on Shoutbox or in an individual thread, I don't have the ability to post a pic after my comment. The menu options don't allow me to insert a pic. Is that a rights thing? Browser thing? Or just a process I missing? I'm using a Windows 10 machine with Chrome as my primary browser. I do have IE and Firefox installed if I need to use either of them instead. I asked this question in another thread as part of a long list of newbish questions but I thought I'd ask in here since this is the placer for it... Can anyone tell me why I am only able to download 25-45 seconds or 10-20% of videos? I've tried different browsers, and I'm able to download hours worth of video (multiple concurrent downloads) with no problems, but when I try to download the video clips posted on here I only get snippets. Could it be that my post count is too low? or might it be something technical?

How do I search in the gallery. I can see the most popular tags but do not see a search field. When I click the search icon on the main menu it just pops up follow and like buttons.
