I guess it's because RLC is making enough money with the status quo that they see no need to change anything.  As long as the viewing numbers and times are above some level only RLC knows, they see an apartment as worthwhile, regardless of what goes on in it.

Yup, totally agree with you. Adding money incentives to perform above and beyond has ruined it. RLC and other voyeur sites have become too commercialized and presented more as entertainment. Similar businesses that have gone that route are "old time wrestling" to "wrestling entertainment or WWE", sports leagues like NFL, NHL, NBA and others plus singers & musicians. All are paid millions by contracts and endorsements. Most musical artists of today don't even compare to the great ones of 30, 40 or more years ago. Instruments hide their shitty voices now. 
Many, many old members have disappeared (don't blame them) but I think way more have dropped out over the last six to nine months. Really sad. In my opinion, the amount of members logging in each day is declining at a fast pace and BOTH the chat room and forums are getting less and less attention. Few of us try to add posts daily but it is hard to maintain any interest since RLC is brutal and VHTV is too pornish. When I want porn I search for it elsewhere (not VHTV). I want the voyeur tease - dammit. Why continue to post stuff if only a few members log in daily. Actually not many posting anything anymore. RLCF has most of their eggs in one basket (RLC) so RLC is the main culprit or lifeline for RLCF. Obviously members got tired of waiting for RLC to improve so they don't bother logging in to RLCF.

Lets face it, People like Leora well continue to return until RLC comes up with some kind of idea to hire more tenants.  Leora may leave soon, but you can bet she well return one day, just like all the others who are being praised in the GP and the other two VIP apartments.  She may be boring as hell and you may get tired of her masturbation....."but most well still watch her sexy ass when there is nothing else to view." I notice a lot of talk (complaining) about how the tenants, especially the newer ones, spend all day lying around focused on their phones and how that's not real life.  Perhaps nowadays it is, or it's becoming that way.  Just look around at bars/clubs and restaurants that cater to that set.  You'll see a lot of the same thing.  Brain dead ... definitely.  Real life ... mmmmm, could be.

I'm going to guess that you are, if not the only one, you are in at quite tiny minority.  The only character in the previous iteration I miss less than Paul is that f'n barking rat.

One thing many forums will agree on is getting back to Real Life and how it was when first came about. Genuine couples and singles with exciting around lives.

I've watched Leora with Paul and she always pushes him away at the end so she can finish herself.  At first I thought it was just that Paul couldn't go long enough to satisfy her, but I've seen her do it when he was going down on her a few times.  She literally pushed his head out of the way so she could get to her clit with her fingers.  Meanwhile, Paul is laying there looking around like, "WTF am I even doing here, then?"  He wasn't even watching her.  That has got to be a huge blow to a guy's ego, especially when it happens more than once.  
She is, to me, still the queen of RLC with the hottest body of any I've ever seen there, but it's quite clear she's got issues.  The idea of having a night with her comes with mixed emotions.  After pondering it for a while, I've decided that it probably wouldn't be all that great, after all.  Like sitting in the studio while porn was being filmed, vs watching the movie.  That said, I'd still like to see my theory tested by her taking on one or two guys with considerable stamina, maybe even to the point of not allowing her to push him/them aside.

Sure RLC has gone downhill very rapidly over the past year.  They need to rebuild from the ground up. Get rid of all the Current Tenants and begin from scratch.  Apartments with Couples & Lesbians.  They can even toss in the odd Gay or Trannies if they like.  Get rid of these Party Girl Apartments, they have had their day and now it's time for them to move on.
VHTV has a large turnover so there's always Tenants coming and going but they also have their Mainstays that have been there for quite some time.

I have to laugh at the inconsistencies of the conspiracy theorists.  On the one hand, because Nelly is visiting Masha without Bog, then obviously Nelly & Bog are over.  Yet Leora is far from Paul and all alone, but the yammering is that she still loves him and wouldn't do him wrong.  smh   

I'll never forget, when I was 17 or 18 my next door neighbor was pretty hot and she had a really nice rack. I would always be salivating over it and she knew I was always watching her. Something I don't understand? Many subscribers seem to be willing RLC to fail? This confuses me? Why would you want that? If RLC doesn't float your boat., go elsewhere? I know RLC is shit and they were  terrible explaining why we lost the Russian places and everything else, but, the question is: if you dislike it so much, why do you keep subscribing? Pesonally, I don't think RLC is doing a bad job. The Barca places are full, the places outside Russia are full? Nelly has new tits?  What more can you ask for?  RLC is never going to please all the people all the time. Nobody is forcing us to subsribe. RLC will never be perfect. Accept it for what it is or fuck off!
