I've created several Albums and attempted to upload videos to. When I do they don't work. The page states that the albums will accept "mkv" or "mp4" files. But then they won't work. May as well delete the albums instead of wasting people time and their frustration on them

I like change, well.... I like change for the better, but it seems to me that the new Flow Player is a change in the wrong direction. I use Safari have noticed NO improvements since the change over from whatever server platform RLC was using before and Flowplayer seems intent on ruining my viewing experience. Since the move to the current software I have been used to the menu's looking like this For the last couple of days when I open the page I get this where I found the menus tucked away on the right like this For the last two days after some time, hours not minutes, for no obvious reason the page reverted to the style I have been used to. Is this just me or a site change / update ? If just me why ? If a site change why the change to hide the menus ?

I've been trying to get the newsletter from RLC. There's a link at top right corner, "Get News". Anyone else got it working? It says I have to confirm the email they sent, but I never get any mails from them. Maybe it's not implemented yet?

I am a non paying viewer on RLC and the cams seem a little blurry compared to the screenshots people here post. Does the quality increase when you become a paying member? Also do the watermark circle things disappear?

is there a new change in policy of RLC to switch off the possibility to view full screen for open cameras for free viewers since a couple of days? up to last week I had this feature, now it is popping up "for members only". I had a subsription in autumn last year which i cancelled because of mainly black and white (more grey and milky) streams do to infrared cameras instead of proper colour using artificial light. I checked out RCL from time to time, to find out if this would be improved to join again, but if they reduce the chance to view anything by reducing the sceen size I better stay away alltogether again. anybody knows about the reason, or is it my computer not …

Hi, Does anyone watch RLC on a mobile device? I would love to use my tablet instead of turning on the laptop everything i want too watch. Its just more convenient. Are there any good web browser apps which the video player works on? Thanks Stevo

Hi, Im having problems when try to quote or to reply a post. I'm always prompted with a quoted post I made hours ago. All what I can do is to remove the content of the previous quote but not the original writer. This already happened days ago, I gave it up. This morning was able to quote a post and from that moment on ... Already tried to exit and rejoin the forum but nothing changed

Hi When i enter the gallery page, i see the recent Albums in 1 page ... and i see on the bottom of the page that there is 2496 Albums (50 GB) .... but there is no link to access the whole directory of all the albums... Can you please try to help me understand how it works Thanks

For those who like to switch cameras while capturing videos, here's a trick you might like. I view on IE11 and use LiteCam to capture videos. Open each camera you want to capture in a separate tab. Size and line up each tab so your "capture area" gives you the desired coverage. When you want to change cameras simply change to tab. The change over is normally instantaneous without having to wait like when you change cameras and you avoid having to camera menu pop up on your capture.

I see the RLC Remote button - it opens a window - and I can get it to work from my phone. My question is - is it really what it seems? All it does is adjust the focus on my main screen? I was hoping it was for remote devices (phones) but that doesn't seem to be the case. Does anybody use this feature?

Tonight RLC video streaming has changed to Flowplayer from Flash player. Now when switching views / cameras there are three dots while connecting rather than the circular arrow. With Opera this does not work for me unless Turbo Mode is turned off. Firefox seems OK and Puffin browser for Android still works. I wonder why the change and what the future implications might be?

I've noticed tonight that the hidden dots are showing on IR camera in S&H apartment permanently, I don't know if this is a new ploy to catch the unwary or a fault, but it's worth keeping an eye to see if it's used elsewhere.

The problem i seem to have with the archive pop up window is that when the window has say 30 pages you can only flick though them page by page and usually i get halfway though and the page function (top RH corner) often just disappears so can't view anymore pages,grrrrrrr Very frustrating. Is this a software site fault and if so bloody well fix it please.!!! Thank you.

Hi... Its been a while since I uploaded anything to the gallery, I tried to upload something today, however I was unable to do so. I went into the gallery, tried to click the "upload" button, but although the button is physically there... it is unclickable. As I run adblocker through chrome, I have also tried to do it through another browser, but have the same problem, the button is there, but it is unclickable. As I say its been a while, and I may be doing something stupid (it wouldn't be the first time) does anyone have any ideas (and yes, I have tried turning it off and on again). Cheers D
